For over 30 years, Wild Dunes Resort has celebrated the great old game in style with 36 holes
on the Harbor and Links courses, where gorgeous tableaus of sand, sea and land converge. Both
courses were designed by Tom Fazio, and he still considers them among his best.
Golf carts are equipped with a GPS navigation system. Practice facilities are located across from
the Links Clubhouse, and include a driving range, chipping area and putting green. Rental clubs
available.

The Junior FazioTees
Whether you have a budding star golfer on your hands, or you want to get the next generation
in the game so the whole family can enjoy outings together, our Junior Fazio Course on the
Harbor or Links Course is one of the best opportunities to get wee ones, tweens and teens
swinging their clubs. Our set of junior tees ranges from a 45 yard, par 3 to the longest hole, a
300 yard, par 5. The course is geared towards kids, but still has a healthy dose of terrain with

Practice Facility
Our practice facility is located across from the Links Clubhouse and includes a driving range,

Baker’s Dozen
When nine holes is not enough and eighteen is too much, enjoy thirteen holes on the Links

Ladies, don’t let the game of golf intimidate you. This two hour clinic will familiarize you with
the rules and etiquette of the game. Our golf professional will introduce you to the swing and

3 Day Golf Pass
Enjoy unlimited golf throughout your stay for three consecutive days. Cost is $249 per person
for adults and $125 for juniors age 15 and under. Prices do not include a $25 cart fee per person. Passes may be purchased through your reservation agent prior to arrival at 888.845.8915

Playing Lessons
Our teaching professionals will accompany you for a few holes and evaluate your technique,
course strategy and equipment. Your instructor will recommend an improvement plan tailored
specifically to your goals. Cost is $145 for a 90 minute session. Call 843.886.2002.
Please note: Playing lessons are geared towards seasoned golfers looking to improve on course skills.
7 Day Summer Golf Pass
Enjoy unlimited golf throughout your stay. Our summer golf pass is available for seven consecutive
days of play. Cost for the pass is $349 per adult and $149 per junior. (Price does not include
$25 cart fee per person.) Tee times available daily. Junior players ages 16 and under must be
accompanied by a paying adult. Passes are valid through September 30, and may be purchased
through your reservations agent prior to arrival or during your stay by calling 843.886.2002.
Golf Motion Assessment
A lack of flexibility through the hips and trunk can be a major hindrance to a good golf swing.
After conducting trunk, neck and hamstring flexibility tests, your personal trainer will review
stretches you can do on your own to increase and maintain your flexibility. Cost is $65 for 50

Golf Schools and Instruction
Resort Golf School
Our three hour golf school features a maximum of three students per instructor to ensure outstanding personal attention. The small class size, along with the extensive use of video reviews,
drills and proven teaching aids, will give you the tools required to improve your game. Classes
are available Monday through Saturday. Cost is $175 for one day or $325 for a two day session.

Golf 2.0 Clinic
Learn the fundamentals and develop your game on one of the country’s best courses under
the guidance of golf professionals. You’ll leave feeling confident in your skills and secure in the

Each member of the family will improve their skills in our family session. We focus on the
fundamentals needed to develop and perfect each person’s best swing. With the help of video
analysis by our Director of Golf, you’ll see just where your strengths are. It’s the best way to
get ahead while fostering a life-long love for a sport you’ll always have in common. Cost is
$95 for two students ($20 per additional student). Maximum of four students allowed. Call

Rising Star Junior Golf School
This two-hour school for juniors ages 6-16 gives them a chance to improve their skills while
having a blast. By the end of the lesson, players will learn the basics of full swing shots, short
game skills, rules and etiquette. The schools are held daily at the Links Course practice facility.

In Search of the Perfect Swing (Video Analysis)
In this 90-minute session, instructors will record your short and full swings to review and develop both immediate and long-range plans for improvement. The most comprehensive tool
available to understand your strengths and weaknesses, a videotaped lesson is a valuable experience for anyone who is serious about improving their game. Cost is $125 per person. Call

Family Evening Golf
Enjoy the fresh air, company of friends or family and award winning golf. With each full paying

Drive for Show, Putt for Dough Clinic
Learn the basics of putting through a series of drills and visual aids. This video taped putting

Tennis is in our blood. Wild Dunes Resort started out as a small, local tennis club, and we’ve
never lost our affection for the game. Our Tennis Center lies right in the center of the Resort,
where 17 Har-Tru courts include one stadium style and five lit for night play, one newly resurfaced deco hard court.
Guests can come armed with semi-pro status, or swing a racquet for the first time. No matter
what, we’ll rise to the challenge. We offer adult, junior and Tiny Tots programs, and professional
instruction. Our full-service pro shop carries Dunlop and Wilson racquets along with a great
selection of apparel and foot wear. Rental racquets also available.

Tennis Training
Athletes prone to tennis elbow are often also prone to rotator cuff injuries. In turn, rotator cuff
exercises can help prevent common injuries that occur in racquet sports. Our staff of personal
trainers will show you how to perform exercises to strengthen rotator cuff muscles. Cost is

Grand Pavilion Pools
The Grand Pavilion features two oceanfront pools, sunbathing decks and beverage beach bar
and cafe with pool and beachside service. Open to all registered Wild Dunes Resort guests,

Swim Center
The Swim Center is an outdoor, 25 meter, 4 ft. deep pool featuring lap swimming and
recreational swimming. Open to all registered Wild Dunes Resort guests and club members.

Water Aerobics (May 13 – August 17)
Our instructor will guide you through a 60-minute class using water resistance, foam dumbbells,
kickboards or noodles. Located at the Swim Center. Classes are held Monday through Friday
at 8 a.m. $10 per person. Walk-ins welcome. Call 843.886.2264.
Swim Lessons (May 13 – August 16)
Schedule a 30-minute private swim lesson for your child at the Swim Center. Lessons are held
Monday through Friday at 9:15 a.m., 10 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. Cost is $35 per person. Reservations required 24 hours in advance. Extension 2264.
Recreation
! Basketball and Volleyball
Practice your game at our outdoor half court located at the northwest corner of the tennis courts. Loaner basketballs are available from the Bike Shop from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. Call
843.883.2293. Our beach volleyball court is located on the beach side of the Grand Pavilion.
Volleyballs are available for purchase at the Surf Shop.
Playground
The tots can have fun on swings, slides and obstacles at the jungle gym located behind Dunes
Deli and the practice putting green.

Capers Island Wildlife Exploration
During this excursion, we will cruise aboard our shaded vessel through winding tidal creeks to
find diverse wildlife living in our salt marsh environment. Common sightings include bottlenose
dolphins, egrets, herons, crabs, oyster beds, shrimp and more! The final part of the trip is spent

Stand Up Paddle Boarding Fitness
!Looking
for a new, fun way to stay in shape? Take your workouts to the pristine waters of Isle
of Palms! Standup Paddleboarding (SUP) fitness will get you out of the gym and on the water
while burning more calories than running on a treadmill! Each paddle boarding class begins
with a 15 minute on land instruction to ensure you know how to properly use the equipment
and maneuver on the water. Beginners and seasoned paddlers are welcome! You can expect
to develop great paddle skills while strengthening your core and improving your overall balance
and flexibility. Once the basic paddle skills are accomplished, the instructor will lead the class in
core-strengthening exercises on the board similar to Pilates and Yoga (includes push-ups, plank,
various core exercises, stretching, squats and other movements / poses that will increase overall
balance). And don’t worry…with our seasoned instructors; most students do not fall in the

Boat Rentals
A variety of 16’ to 24’ boats are available for personal rental including bow riders and center
consoles that can accommodate 1 to 10 people and can be rented hourly or daily (discounts
given for ½ day, full day, or multiple day rentals). All boats are equipped with U.S. Coast Guard
required and approved safety equipment, a VHF radio, and a local chart. Must be 18 or older
and have a valid driver’s license or passport in order to rent a boat. A $500 security deposit
is required for all rentals. A fully operating cell phone must accompany the renter at all times
