CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you choose to cancel your print advertising and it is prior to the space
close stated in this media kit or your online/newsletter banner ads and it is
two weeks prior to the live date, we will accept your cancellation. However,
if the space cancellation affects their earned rate level (for the entire year on
how many print insertions will actually run or any package prices given), then
back rate fees may apply. Back rate fees are equal to the difference in rate to
bring your contract to the earned rate level stated in this media kit. In order
to avoid any back rate fees, the cancellation value can be moved to another
venue (ie: online, newsletter, print) within the F+W quilting portfolio and
must be used within the same budget year the revenue was booked.
• We also do not accept PANTONE spot colors
• Ads must be sized according to the specs on this page.
Incorrectly sized ads will be returned for correction.
Please make your original document size the exact size
of the finished ad. Do not include bleed, trim marks,
or crop marks on any fractional ads unless they are
supposed to bleed.

etc., features in making your PDFs, including fullpage bleed ads. Fractional ads should be built on a
document size that equals the ad size, with no trim
marks/color bars, registration marks, etc.
PROOFS
It is your choice to send a hard-copy proof with your
emailed file (Matchprint, Kodak Approval, Iris accepted
for color break and color guidance on press.) Color
lasers/inkjet proofs accepted for content only and
