How to Use Scotch® Precision Cutter for Scrapbooking
The ballerina picture was cutout from a plain background and mattes were cut from the inside of the scrapbooking paper
using the Scotch® Precision Cutter. This design can be created for any theme by using a repeating pattern paper with a
grid so the mattes can be easy cut and arranged.
