Although Despatch applauds the exposing work that Lord Monckton
has engaged in, we are very alarmed by the man himself.
There are SERIOUS QUESTION MARKS over him!

man actually is. He seems to be a “double agent” to many, here

Monckton may have a hidden purpose in his work of stirring up the
masses. WHY COULD THIS BE HAPPENING?
• If the populations are causing social unrest, and a threat to the
government, laws under terrorism enable the government to take
military control. They want us to strike first, are we being provoked?
• If indeed Monckton is a “mole” he may be used to expose the
anti-world government activists, as they adhere to his leadership.
• World government plans at Copenhagen seem a foregone conclusion now. The civil unrest and protest of the nation’s inhabitants
would make arrest and detention, killing and injury more “reasonable” perhaps?

found from doing a few searches. I will post in full tomorrow two of
the articles that I quoted. As for the Wikipedia articles, I hadn’t read
Chris Monckton’s entry for a while & had forgotten that he was a
knight of both the SMOM & the OSJ. His father being with both &
also the Constantinians & Francis I’ers (let alone his wife being a
Dame of Malta) sealed the deal for who these MI6’ers serve.

changes in solar activity, I am very skeptical about the agenda
of Christopher Monckton & the whole Monckton Family
British Intelligence Cabal. I surmise that Monckton’s activities

branches of the old Knights Hospitaller: the SMOM Knights

In 1974 at the age of 22, Monckton joined the Yorkshire Post
, where he worked as a reporter and leader-writer. From 1977 to
1978, he worked at Conservative Central Office as a press officer,
becoming the editor of the Roman Catholic newspaper The
Universe in 1979, then managing editor of The Sunday
Telegraph Magazine in 1981. He joined the English tabloid
newspaper, Evening Standard, as a leader-writer in 1982.[1]
POLITICS
He returned to Conservative Central Office in late 1982, this time
as a policy advisor for Margaret Thatcher
.[2] In 1986, he became assistant editor of the newly established,
and now defunct, tabloid newspaper Today. He was a consulting
editor for the Evening Standard from 1987 to 1992 and was its chief
leader-writer from 1990 to 1992.[1]
Monckton has referred to himself as a “peer of the House of Lords”
but is not a member of that body.[3] Monckton was an unsuccessful
candidate for a Conservative seat in the House of Lords in a March
2007 by-election caused by the death of Lord Mowbray and
Stourton. He received no votes in the election.[4] He had been highly
critical of the way that the Lords had been reformed, describing the
by-election procedure, with 43 candidates and 47 electors, as “a

Monckton is a member of the Worshipful Company of Broderers,
an Officer of the Order of St. John of Jerusalem, a Knight of

entry to the bank, which he regularly visited.2
In trying to identify the editor ‘agent’, media interest centred on
Dominic Lawson, son of the former Tory Chancellor of the Exchequer, who became editor of the Spectator in 1990 and had been
editor of the Sunday Telegraph since 1995. Lawson denied that he
had ever been ‘an agent, either paid or unpaid, of Ml6 or of any
other government agency’. On the other hand, the youngest brother
of Lawson’s second wife, Rosa Monckton, had joined MI6 in 1987.
In 1996, Anthony Monckton was appointed First Secretary (Political) in the Croatian capital Zagreb.
Quite separately, one of Rosa’s closest friends and a godparent to
the Lawsons’ daughter, the late Princess of Wales had clearly been
under some kind of surveillance, as evidenced by the 1,050-page
dossier held by the US National Security Agency (NSA) in its archive, detailing private telephone conversations between Diana and
American friends intercepted at MI6’s request. While all stories linking MI6 to the Princess’s death in the car accident in France have
been complete nonsense, it has been alleged that working closely
with I/Ops in an attempt to deflect enquiries away from the security
services had been a chief of staff to ‘C’, Richard Spearman, tempo-

Miss Monckton said: “This is absolute fantasy on his part.”
Mr Burnett asked: “It is right that you have someone close to you
who you believe to be an MI6 officer?”
Miss Monckton replied: “I believe somebody close to me is connected to the SIS.”
She agreed with Mr Burnett that she could not say more because of
the need neither to confirm nor deny whether any individual worked
for the SIS.

Before postings and missions abroad, officers receive a briefing
from the Information Operations (I/OPs) unit, which provides them
with a list of sympathetic journalists who can be trusted to give them
help and information. These contacts have become increasingly
important in trouble spots such as the Balkans.
I/OPs also has a more covert role in planning psychological operations along the lines of the old Special Political Action (SPA) section
and the Information Research Department (IRD). I/OPs may also,
according to a former MI6 officer, ‘attempt to influence events in
another country or organisation in a direction favourable to Britain’.
One example is MI6’s determined effort to ‘plant stories in the American press about Boutros Ghali, whom they regarded as dangerously Francophile, in the run up to the 1992 elections for UN secretary-general’. Foreign operations of this sort do not require ministerial sanction.1

Rosa Monckton has disclosed that someone close to her was
involved with MI6. Miss Monckton told the inquest into the princess’s death that she personally had “no connection with the security services” but that “someone close to me is connected with the
SIS”. The Secret Intelligence Service, also known as MI6, protects
British interests abroad.
Mohamed Fayed has repeatedly alleged that its agents were
involved in a conspiracy that led to the death of the princess and his
son, Dodi, in the car crash in Paris in 1997.
She rejected allegations by Mr Fayed that the only reason she got
to know the princess was so she could pass on information to the
agency.
