Feasibility Implementa&on Swiss Health Professional Card (Swisscom, 2008-‐2010) Problem / Use Case: Due to a change in the Swiss health legisla)on made by the Swiss Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH), doctors (like insurants, too) needed an electronic ID-‐card. Solu&on / Project: Together with the Swiss Medical Associa)on (FMH), Swisscom Corporate developed the Swiss Health Professional Card for, which allows doctors to iden)fy themselves electronically during consulta)ons. The iden)fica)on is secured by an electronic cer)ficate. Key jobs of b-‐mobile: •  Project Management •  Strategic eHealth Consul)ng Period: 2008-‐2010 Involved staff: 1 person [email protected]

Electronic Health Dossier (Evita, 2007-‐2010) Problem / Use Case: In the past, every doctor kept its own health dossier of the pa)ent. It was therefore hard for pa)ents to maintain their dossier, since the majority of people moved flats or changed doctors more than once in their lives. This resulted in increasing health costs, since treatment needed to be repeated due the missing medical history. Solu&on / Project: Evita developed the electronic health dossier for the Swiss market. b-‐mobile supported with the project management for the conceptualisa)on and implementa)on of the product branding as well as the marke)ng communica)on. Key jobs of b-‐mobile: •  Product Branding •  Marke)ng Communica)on Period: 2007-‐2010 Involved staff: 1 person [email protected]

Home Automa)on (2011 – ongoing) Problem / Use Case: The world gets more and more mobile, but the people want to be close to the people they love and their home, even when they are miles away. They want to feel more secure about their family and home and want to see what’s going on when they’re away and take ac)on when it’s needed. Solu&on / Project: A telecom operator in Switzerland is developing a service in the area of home automa)on based on a sensor actor plaeorm, with which the customer is able to manage his home devices or alarms on the move and will also expand it‘s poreolio in the area of homecare. Key jobs of b-‐mobile: •  Management business processes •  Development online support Period: 2011-‐ongoing Involved staff: 1 person [email protected]
6 Fall detec)on service (b-‐mobile 2011 – ongoing) Problem / Use Case: The recent socio-‐demographic developments in all European countries are characterized by a low birth rate, increasing life expectancy, an aging society and increasing number of single households. Another fact is that society struggles to manage with an increasing number of chronically ill people. Stagnant or declining numbers in medical and nursing staff are in stark contrast to that. All those factors rela)ng to the European popula)on cause a big supply gap and a cost expansion in the Health & Care sector. Especially in single households with older or people with chronicle diseases, they don’t feel save in their own home in case of emergency. Solu&on / Project: b-‐mobile develops a fall detec)on service to keep people in their own home save and monitored in case of an emergency. The solu)on is based on intelligent sensors , which track movements by temperature and sliding average. A soiware recognizes typical fall movements and gestures. A first prototype test phase is finished and challenged by customers. Key jobs of b-‐mobile: •  Product Development Period: 2011-‐ongoing Involved staff: 3 person [email protected]
