Wedding Policy
Your Wedding is one of the most exciting days of your life. It can also come with significant
stress and anxiety. We thank you for allowing Chateau Cheveux to be a part of your celebration,
and hope that we can help make your time with us more enjoyable by supplying you with our
current bridal policy.
We prefer all our formal up-do clients (not formal blow dry) to be shampooed and fully dried
before arrival. Use of styling products is also encouraged to increase the longevity of the
finished style. The will allow your stylist to run on time, ensuring your party is finished on
schedule. There will be a $5.00 add-on fee for clients who arrive with wet or damp hair.
It is also advised for those bridal party members receiving makeup application to arrive with
their face cleansed, free of all makeup, and a moisturizer applied.
Please remember to wear clothing that can easily be removed without disturbing your newly
styled hair.
Chateau Cheveux embraces the fun of having an entire Bridal Party in salon, and although we
have coffee and refreshments at all times, we certainly allow you to bring your own food and
beverages to make it special.
To ensure that all services are completed on time, we ask everyone to keep the appointment
for which they are scheduled. Last minute swapping of appointments creates confusion and
inefficacy. If there is a problem with someone’s scheduled time we ask that you check with the
receptionist the day before to see if that change is possible.
Due to Massachusetts State Law, we are unable to allow use of salon space for any
unprofessional services, i.e makeup application and hair other than by our professional team.
We require two weeks notice for all cancelations. A credit card will be required to be on hold at
the time of booking, and will be charged for the full service fee if there is a cancelation or no
show after that 2 week time period.
