A Cooperstown Classic ...
For over three decades, golfers have gathered the day after Labor Day at the Leatherstocking Golf Course,
Cooperstown, to take part in a premier event, The Otesaga Hotel Seniors Open and Pro-Am. This benefit tournament is unparalleled, combining a Pro-Am and three-day Seniors Open for teaching/club senior pros, all in a
pristine setting that offers challenging play, unmatched hospitality, and breathtaking views of Lake Otsego.
As the tournament’s Title Sponsor, The Otesaga Resort Hotel rolls out the red carpet for tournament guests, and
extends its steadfast support for Pathfinder Village residents. We would also like to acknowledge NBT Bank, our
Presenting Sponsor, and Coca-Cola Refreshments, our Corporate Sponsor, for their tremendous long-term
support that makes this annual fund-raiser possible.
The Pro-Am provides amateur golfers with a fun day at Leatherstocking with chances to win prizes, play with a
senior golf pro, and an evening of fine dining at the Glimmerglass Room (resort casual dress). The Pro-Am also
features a member of the National Baseball Hall of Fame, who serves as our Banquet keynote speaker.
Even if you do not golf, there are other great ways you can help support Pathfinder Village and the National
Baseball Hall of Fame Education Fund. Opportunities are available to:
• Sponsor a Pro-Am tee sign
• Buy pre-sale raffle tickets or bid on auction items
• Donate quality raffle or goodie bag items
• Volunteer at the Pro-Am or Banquet
• Make a general support gift
• Play in the Chobani Tennis Classic on the same day
