THE OUTGOING TIDE
Join TPT for a timeless story of family and identity.
THE OUTGOING TIDE, by Bruce Graham, makes its Michigan
Premiere at TPT.
Gunner has retired from his trucking
business and now lives in their summer
home on the Chesapeake Bay with his
wife of 50 years. He has come up with an
unorthodox plan to secure his family’s
future. His plan is met with resistance from
his wife, Peg and son, Jack, who have plans
of their own. As winter approaches, the
three must quickly find common ground
and come to an understanding—before the tide goes out. The
play echo’s the responsibilities that family members have for one
another and the ways in which our family shapes our identity as
we grow up.
THE OUTGOING TIDE runs from April 9 through May 3, 2015.
The curtain rises at 8:00 pm Thursdays through Saturdays, with
matinees at 3:00 pm on Saturday and 2:00 pm on Sunday. A

A Lovely Sunday for
Creve Coeur
by
Tennessee Williams
An unexpectedly sweet, honest and totally
enjoyable treat from an American master
AN UNEXPECTED COMEDY ARRIVES AT TPT
A Sweet, Honest, and Totally Enjoyable Tennessee.
A LOVELY SUNDAY FOR CREVE COEUR,
by Tennessee Williams, is a lovely summer comedy for all ages.
Set in a cramped St. Louis apartment in the mid-1930s, where
Dorothea, a high school civics teacher, rooms with Bodey, a
plain but caring and kind-hearted German-American spinster.
Dorothea, a hopeless romantic, dreams of marriage with the
principal of the school, while her protective roommate, Bodey,
hopes to match Dorothea up with her fat, cigar-smoking twin
brother, Buddy. Bodey tries to persuade Dorothea to join them
for a picnic at Creve Coeur, a nearby amusement park. Their
departure is delayed by the arrival of Helena, a snobbish, tarttongued art teacher, who wants Dorothea to share an apartment
with her in a better part of town. Inevitably, a struggle evolves
between Bodey and Helena, with Dorothea, lost in her dream
world, caught between these two strong women.
A LOVELY SUNDAY FOR CREVE COEUR runs from May 28 through
June 28. The curtain rises at 8 pm Thursdays through Saturdays,
with matinees at 3 pm on Saturday and 2 pm on Sunday. A
special matinee performance has been added on Wednesday,
June 17 at 3 pm.
These activities are supported in part by an award from the
MICHIGAN COUNCIL FOR ARTS AND CULTURAL AFFAIRS and the
NATIONAL ENDOWMENT FOR THE ARTS, The Kresge Foundation
and The Shubert Foundation.

outdoor seating. Browndog is also excited about the addition
of three young talented chefs that will help fulfill their creative
vision. Stop in often to try the new flavors, see what the creative
team has come up with. Look for Browndog Creamery at one of

JOE ROBINSON OF REAL LIVING QUALITY REAL ESTATE WINS
NATIONAL DIAMOND AWARD FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Real Living Quality Real Estate announced today that Joe Robinson
has received the Premier Service® Diamond National Award for
providing superior customer service to home buyers and sellers in the
Detroit Metropolitan area for the second consecutive year!
"Mr. Robinson joins a select group of real estate professionals
recognized nationally for providing incredibly high levels of customer
service to their local clients," said Real Living Real Estate president
Robert McAdams. "With our Premier Service program, buyers and
sellers are asked to complete a survey evaluating the service they
receive and Joe received one of the company’s highest rankings."
To qualify to become a Premier Service Diamond award winner, Joe
had to receive a minimum 95 percent customer satisfaction rating. Mr.
Robinson’s customer satisfaction rating was 99 percent!
"I’m absolutely thrilled to receive this award since it’s an independent
rating based upon evaluations from those people who matter most:
my clients," respondedMr. Robinson.
Premier Service is one of the most comprehensive and effective
customer service programs in the real estate industry. Through the
program, Real Living Real Estate’s agents put in writing, up front, the
services they will perform. Following the transaction, Real Living Real
Estate asks customers to honestly rate their performance through a
written survey from an independent third party.

FLOWER POWER IN NORTHVILLE!
Artist Cherie Haney’s newest line of metal creations is now
available at Dancing Eye Gallery. Cherie’s work features simple,
open, organic lines, with meticulous detailing and layering of
color and texture. Her pieces evoke a mod, retro or even vintage
aesthetic. Many pieces are not only decorative, but functional.
Cherie’s newest magnet board is a cathedral window design,
and is a beautiful match with her very popular word magnets.
After attending the Center for Creative Studies in Detroit, and
getting her BFA from Eastern Michigan University, Cherie started
her own studio in Ann Arbor. She has worked with Dancing Eye
owner, Theresa Schierloh, for 18 years.
