Reopened recently after a meticulous restoration under the
direction of Pierre-Yves Rochon, this legendary jewel of the

the heart of a capital city, has started a 10-year modernisation project. It will feature a new 5,200-seat conference
centre, a 440-room hotel complex and 2,600 m² of retail

- Maison de la Mutualité: With a 1,728-seat amphitheatre, this Art deco
