Brevini’s slewing drives are an essential component on equipment such as tower cranes, wind turbines, aerial platforms, discharge booms and excavation and construction equipment. Brevini produces the
slewing drives also in gearmotor version, with integrated hydraulic motor and brake, specifically designed
for mini-excavators and mobile machines.

Sensors, load cells, electronic devices
Focused on customer’s requirements, BPE Electronics manufactures dedicated products and can supply
complete customised control systems, including housings, electric harnesses and sensors.
BPE Electronics systems can manage complete machine movements with built in limitation controls: geometric and/or overload controls, automatic proportional self levelling systems, tilt switches, calibration and
diagnostic interfaces, angle/length sensors, load cells according with highest European safety standards
(EN13849-1 PLd). BPE Electronics is supplying most of European leader manufacturers of aerial platforms, telehandlers, truck mounted cranes, mobile and tower cranes, winches, hoists.
Low - speed, high - torque (LSHT) motors
SAM Hydraulik line of low – speed, high – torque (LSHT) motors provide power ranging up to 14140 inch
pounds of torque.
A complete range of sizes is offered in small, medium and large frame with displacements from 0.78 cu.in
to 31.9 cu.in. Motor options include output shaft size and type, mounting flange type, porting type and a
wide selection of special features such as brakes, sensors, valves and corrosion protection. With its 35
years of experience in the design and manufacture of LSHT motors, SAM Hydraulik is confident in offering
worldwide for winch, swing drives, sweeper brush drives, auger conveyors, car wash, turf propel, mixers
/ grinders, platforms.
HPV proportional directional valve
HPV41 and HPV77 can be combined with bankable valves through a simple interface. This feature is
highly appreciated in case of high flow differences between the controlled actuators.
Typical applications: drilling machines, telescoping cranes, mixer feeder and forestry machines.
HPV310 Proportional directional valve for high flow available in 2 series: Size 28 (up to 83,2 gpm), Size
35 (up to 130 gpm)
This new HPV can be combined with HPV41 and HPV77 to offer a higher flexibility.
Typical applications: multi functional rotary drilling rigs, hydraulic truck cranes, offshore deck cranes, crawler cranes, offshore drilling equipments and hydraulic diaphragm grabs.
HPV proportional directional valve Atex version
The electro-hydraulic modules have been designed in conformity with ATEX 94/9/EC directive, Group II,
category 2GD.
The modules are manufactured with electric control and can be sold individually or assembled as a complete valve.
Available in a variety of options the joysticks offer a sensitive, precise, proportional control thanks to the
possibility of changing the electrical parameter in a continuous way.
The “S Series” is the optimum proposal for all applications requiring high torque with minimum dimensions, on fixed
industrial equipment and also self-propelled machines. This epicyclic solution is preferable to solutions with traditional gear units as it offers an improvement of 60% in terms of space and weight.
The main characteristics of this new Brevini range are:
- 13 harmonically developed sizes, from 35,100 lb-ft to 1,845,500 lb-ft nominal torque
- In line and right angle execution up to 4 reduction stages
- Output versions: female splined, hollow cylindrical for shaft-mounting, male cylindrical and male splined shaft

High degree of standardisation, consistent modularity with a large number of standard options and a great variety of
versions guarantee optimal adaptation in almost all areas of mechanical and system construction.

Modular and Monoblock directional valve
VPS Brevini DCV features max working pressure up to 5800 psi and max flow up to 59.8 gpm

Gear pumps & motors, flow dividers
OT Oiltechnology gear pumps and motors are available in 3 series with displacements from 0.06 cu.in to 3.86
cu.in. Max pressure up to 4350 psi.
This range features extruded aluminium alloy body for high pressures, hardened steel gears, PTFE / bronze based bushings for long life and high performances, pressure compensated bearings in anti-friction alloy, cast iron
flanges & covers.
Typical applications: agricultural machines, building and construction machines, handling machines, industrial
equipment.
Medium duty closed circuit variable pump
MD10V series of swash plate pumps is offered in 3 frames and 7 displacements from 0.86 cu.in to 3.9 cu.in.
Pressure and speed specifications: to 5075 psi and speed up to 3600 rpm.
Main applications: skid steer loaders, pavers, compactors, trenchers, platforms, compact wheel loaders, fan drive,
small concrete mixer, agricultural machines and equipment.
Pump options include single or tandem pumps through drive, output shaft type, wide selection of controls.
Axial piston pump S6CV
S6CV pump is available 2 displacements: 4.57 cu.in and 7.93 cu.in. Max pressure up to 6090 psi.
Main features: specifically designed for use in closed circuit hydrostatic transmission, it is extremely versatile thanks
to a wide range of controls and accessories. Typical applications: construction and earth moving machinery, agricultural and forestry machines, marine and off-shore equipment.
These new gear reducers, which are protected by a specifi c patent, feature a combination of planetary and helical/
bevel helical gears that takes advantage of the strengths of each technology: compactsize, reliability and easy
maintenance.
PH series, parallel axis version combines one slow helical stage with one or more planetary stages.
BPH series, right angle gearboxes combines one slow helical stage with a bevel Gleason pair and one or more
planetary stages.
Compact planetary track drive units, specifically designed for use on tracked vehicles: excavators and earthmoving
machines.
This range of gearboxes has high strength structure, short overall length, very high radial and axial load capability.
All the gearboxes are provided with integral multidisc failsafe brake and allow the direct mounting of hydraulic motors
at the gearbox input.

Brevini Winches designs and manufactures hydraulic and electric hoisting and pulling winches for various sectors:
winches for the drilling sector, compact winches for truck cranes, high speed winches for self-propelled cranes,

and blocks, Brevini Winches can also provide safety devices such as empty drum sensors, drums with standard or

Axial piston open circuit variable pump (S5AV)

both the maximum and minimum displacement settings.

Axial piston fixed motor /pump
SH11C series are bent axis, fixed displacement heavy duty motor / pump. The 40° angle between shaft and cylinder
barrel allows for a very compact, lightweight motor / pump. Operating pressure up to 7000 psi provides for high
output power capability.
Features and benefits: lens shape valve plate, heavy duty roller bearings, FKM fluorocarbon shaft seal, motors /
pumps options include a wide range of output shaft size and type, ISO and SAE mounting flange, rear and side
ports, speed sensors and valves.
Available in 8 displacements: from 3.41 cu.in to 10.98 cu.in
Brevini’s Standard Series in-line or right angle planetary gearboxes can be used in a wide range of industrial
equipment and mobile applications. They are based upon a flexible modular system and are available with either
male or female output shaft configurations. The flange mounted gearboxes are supported by a wide range of accessories: adaptors for electric and hydraulic motors, multidisc failsafe brakes and male input shaft configurations.

Axial piston variable motor SH7V
Designed to perform up to 7000 psi pressure peak and 4500 rpm, SH7V series of bent axis variable displacement
motors meets requirements of the modern machines. Displacements available: 3.72 cu.in 4.91 cu.in, 6.86 cu.in,
9.81 cu.in.
Features and benefits: 0° displacement capability, lens shape valve plate, tapered roller bearings, FKM fluorocarbon
shaft seal.
Motor options include a wide range of shaft size and type, ISO and SAE mounting flange, rear and side ports, a wide
selection of controls, speed sensors and valves.
