• Exposure to senior leadership
• Frequent domestic travel
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduating with a bachelor’s degree
•Minimum GPA of 3.0 (preferred)
• Ability to relocate
• Strong interest in industrial distribution
or electrical distribution sales

Program associates are placed within one of the
Sonepar USA Businesses where they will rotate
between five modules over an 12-month period:
Warehouse, Counter Sales, Inside Sales, Project
Management and Quotations, and Outside Sales.
This section of the program is considered “core
training” listed below in the dark blue circles.
Residency Training
Between core training modules, associates will
participate in “residency trainings” within the
Sonepar USA Businesses. Residencies will include
specialty training on a variety of business topics,
executive exposure and team building.
