standards of quality materials and craftsmanship; third, a classicist’s love of restrained
luxury, refined finishes and historical context; and fourth, an open eye to the wealth of
the visual world that surrounds us.

A Kansas City native, Marshall Watson holds close the values of suitability, comfort, and an
open honest approach to clients and artisans. A design graduate from Stanford, he champions
a thorough classic knowledge of interior design, both modernist and traditional. As a
longtime resident of New York, Marshall Watson celebrates the restrained urbanity,
sophisticated surprise, and an international perspective that influences his work.
Inspired by his frequent explorations of the markets and museums of Europe, Marshall
Watson created his Signature Collection for Lewis Mittman. The Collection features
furniture designs inspired by both the comfort and style of French men’s club furnishings
of the 1930’s and 1940’s. Eager to introduce the elegant lines of Italian neoclassicism,
Marshall Watson now showcases his Lake Como Collection. His designs are perfectly
suited to interiors of today’s lifestyle, and yet, the collection has a timeless quality that
will keep it fresh and exciting for years to come.
