NCISRT -2016 at Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad is a three days Residential Conference.
The Organizers offer a variety of accommodation facilities with different tariff. The
registration fees includes the accommodation facilities, food and beverages for three days
including one night Gala Dinner. The third day (3rd September, 2016) is meant for
sightseeing in Ramoji Film City exclusively for NCISRT-2016 delegates.

Scientific Papers
All speakers other than International Faculties, Guest & Invited speakers shall submit the
abstract of papers strictly through E-mail. Abstract submission guidelines can be downloaded from
the website www.ncisrt.org.in or www.isrt.org.in. The abstract shall be submitted to the
Chairman, Scientific Committee, on or before 15th July, 2016. Delegate registration is mandatory for
Oral or Poster presentations. The selection on papers will be intimated to speakers through Email or
mobile service.

Accomodation
Since the NCISRT - 2016 is a residential conference for three days, rooms will be ready to
occupy from 5.00 am on 1st September, 2016 which includes food and beverages for all the three
days. Rooms of various tariff packages are available on first come first served (booked) basis.
Separate registration and separate accommodation bookings will not be entertained. All delegates
are requested to clearly mention the Tariff Package required in the registration form.

Transportation
Smooth & effective transportation facilities will be arranged by the Organizers to
receive the delegates from Hyderabad Airport, Railway Stations and Bus Terminals from
4.00 am to 9.00 am on 1st September, 2016. On their return, the delegates will be dropped
to Airport, Railway Stations and Bus Terminals or any important points of their choice in
city after 7.00pm.
