Parade
The Nyack Chamber of Commerce
will host its 28th Annual Halloween
Parade on Saturday, October 24 th
in the heart of Nyack. After NYC’s,
Nyack has the 2nd largest
Halloween Parade in New York
State. Each year, the event,
organized by the Chamber and
sponsored by leading local
merchants, consistently breaks
records for color, creativity and
the sheer size of the spectator
crowd – estimated at over 25,000
tots, children, teens and adults
from all over Rockland,
Westchester, Bergen and NYC.
Parade-goers have marveled at
the “Festival of Ghouls” (15-foot
parade-size puppets worked by
Nyack’s Amazing Grace CIRCUS!),
Rockland County’s top marching
bands, Suburban Roller Derby of
Westchester, The Nyack Art
Collective, Hudson Vagabond
Puppets, unicyclists and stiltwalkers from Amazing Grace
CIRCUS!, and hordes and hordes of
