Terms and Conditions :
•Booking Fee : Rp350 million per Floor
•First installment shall be payable within 7 calendar days
after booking fee. Should the developer does not receive
first installment after 7 calendar days from the booking fee
paid, the booking fee will be forfeited and not refundable to
the buyer
•Price shall be subject to 10% VAT, 5% BPHTB, Notary fees,
Cost of Strata Title Certificate, and other tax to be implied by
the government
•All Prices are in Rupiah
•Developer reserves the rights to revised the price list
without prior notice
