David McBride
David McBride CGR, CGB, CGP,
CAPS is the owner and founder
of McBride Construction, Inc. He
has been a licensed and insured
general contractor in the state
of Michigan for over 30 years. He
takes pride in bringing together
high quality craftsmanship and
professional project management to create high quality
remodeling projects.
David is the former Building Committee Chair for Hospice
of Little Traverse Bay, an active member of Little Traverse
Association of Home Builders and Remodelers Council, and
is very active in other civic and charitable organizations
throughout the community.
Jay Sackrider
Jay, a Petoskey native, is the
Senior Estimator for McBride
Construction, Inc. Jay started his
career in residential construction
and ran his own company in
Petoskey for more than 12
years. He continued his career
in Wyoming and South Carolina
before returning to Michigan.
With his customer centric philosophy, Jay is a natural fit
with McBride Construction. He believes in honesty and
making sure that projects are completed on time while
never sacrificing quality.
Jay enjoys fishing, hiking, camping and spending time with
his wife, Dallas, and young son, Gavin.
Jason Brookshire
Jason is the Production Manager for
McBride Construction, Inc. and has
more than 15 years of experience
as a commercial development
Superintendent. Jason has worked
in markets around the country
including North Carolina, Florida,
Illinois, Connecticut and most
recently, Boston, Massachusetts.
Maryann Hall
With his philosophy of delivering exceptional service and the
highest quality craftsmanship, Jason is a great addition to the
McBride team.
Maryann Hall joined the McBride
Construction, Inc. team in 2014
as the Administrative Assistant.
She has a BA in Communication
and although she is originally
from downstate she has worked
for more than seven years in
Northern Michigan. Believing that
every client should receive exceptional service, Maryann is a
perfect fit with the McBride Construction team.
As a Michigan native, Jason is thrilled to be home. In his spare
time he can be found outdoors with his wife Stephanie and
daughter Ava touring the lakes in their restored 1955 Lyman,
ice-fishing or snowboarding.
Maryann is married to her college sweetheart and has two
sons and a daughter. She enjoys volunteering in her kids’
classrooms and for various school functions. In her spare
time she runs, scrapbooks and loves to travel with her family.
Tom Beyer
Shaun Verville
Tom Beyer, a graduate of the Vinyl
Siding Institute is also Lead Safe
Certified and CPR trained. Tom is
a Lead Carpenter with McBride
Construction, Inc. and has been
a pivotal member of the team for
more than 26 years.
Shaun Verville, a Lead Carpenter
with McBride Construction,
joined the team in June of 2013.
Shaun has been working in the
construction field for more than
13 years in the Ashland, WI, Iron
River, MI and Petoskey/Boyne City
markets.
Tom’s philosophy is to always do the best work possible.
Work ethic is on the forefront of his mind and his level of
craftsmanship and efficiency is second to none.
Shaun is Lead Safe Certified, a CertainTeed Certified Installer
and is First Aid/CPR/AED certified through the American
Heart Association. He strives to exceed client expectations on
every job with quality workmanship and job-site efficiency.
Shaun also volunteers with the Boyne City Fire Department.
Carl Gage
Carl Gage joined the McBride
Construction team in 2010 as a
Lead Carpenter. The construction
industry has been a part of his life
since his teenage years. Carl has
worked in markets across Michigan
including; Houghton, Grand
Marais, Canton and Petoskey.
Carl commits to work as hard as he can to ensure his clients
are pleased with the end product. He is a volunteer firefighter and former Cub Scout Leader.
Yvonne Looze
Yvonne Looze, our accountant from Mason, Kammermann,
& Rohrback, P.C. is an integral part of the McBride
Construction, Inc. team. She brings to us more than twenty
years of experience in the banking industry, ten years as a
small business owner and over ten years experience as an
accountant. Yvonne is also an Enrolled Agent (EA). An EA is
a federally-authorized tax practitioner who has technical
expertise in the field of taxation and is empowered by the
U.S. Department of Treasury to represent taxpayers before
all administrative levels of the Internal Revenue Service for
audits, collections and appeals.
Yvonne’s mission is to provide accurate accounting and
tax preparation to individuals and small businesses in
Northern Michigan, in a timely manner with the high level
of personal customer service. We are so lucky to have her
as part of our team.
Jeff Olson
Jeff Olson has more than 25 years
experience within the construction
industry and has worked with
McBride Construction, Inc. for
13 of those years. Jeff holds an
Associates degree in Business
Management, has earned his
builders license, DBA, and has
special training in hazardous materials detection and
abatement. He is also a Certainteed, Azek and Wolverine
products installer. Jeff prides himself on having the highest
level of ethics and strives to deliver exceptional quality
craftsmanship at each job.
In his spare time, Jeff loves to hunt, fish and spend time
outdoors in Northern Michigan.
