This page will be where you input the times and data from when you have provided support
to a student or have attended a meeting or a non-student session.
Entering data for supporting a student
When you have provided support to a student, follow the following steps to input the data:

took place, or simply click in the box to bring up a calendar to allow you to choose the date
that you require.

all students registered with us, or search by the student’s number or name for quickness.
3. Support type – If you click on the drop down list available, choose the support type that

is a new student (14 student number), select the ’Banding’ type of support.
4. Start/end time – Click within the relevant box and select the start and end time of the
session, please note that this is in 15 minute intervals.
5. Duration – Once you have inputted the times of the session, this will show you the

My sessions (new):
This page will show any upcoming jobs that you have been booked in to attend by the SecCoordination team.
Once the session has taken place, if you click under the Timesheet I.D, it will take you to the
creating a session page. By inputting your sessions through this page, all of the information
will already have been inputted for you, the only fields requiring data to be inputted is
whether the student attended and any notes that you feel are relevant to the session. Once
you have inputted information into these two fields, just click the tick box and submit.
Please bear in mind that this feature is only available for particular types of support, if you
click on this page and there are no sessions showing, you will need to input your sessions
through the ‘Create Timesheets (new)’ page.
