Local Dish
Chef Kory Stewart’s special menu
included impeccably fresh produce
sourced from his own backyard garden,
as well as the acclaimed Baia Nicchia
Farms in Sunol, Calif. Dishes included
heirloom tomatoes with smoked
eggplant, and a peach and blackberry
crisp served straight from the baking
pan. Two courses that paired especially
well with the Trumer Pils included the
seared foie gras and the grilled Spanish
mackerel. The main course was a Hearst
Ranch beef rib-eye dish served with
bone marrow sformato.
