NOTICE OF BID
The City of Pigeon Forge Department of Tourism is receiving sealed bids for Winterfest Display
Lighting.
Specifications may be picked up at Pigeon Forge Department of Tourism, 2450 Parkway, Pigeon
Forge, TN between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday.
All bids must be in a sealed envelope with bidders name and address on the outside and
marked “Bid for Winterfest Lighting”.
Bids will be received until 10:00 a.m., Friday, September 7, 2012 at the Pigeon Forge
Department of Tourism, at which time they will be opened and read aloud.
The city reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept bids deemed most favorable by
the city.

Pigeon Forge WinterFest Lighting Display Specifications
The City of Pigeon Forge is taking bids for Pigeon Forge WinterFest Displays. Our budget allocation for
this year is up to $40,000.00.
Please submit bids and examples for the following in LED lighting: (Please see attached photos for
examples)
Quantity 10 - Orange “Tiger Paws” - 4’X 5’
Quantity 10 - Orange “PF” – 4’X 5’
We will also purchase a multiple of trees and wildlife to create various displays. All bulbs should be LED
lighting. Please give us a cost per piece and examples for the following:
