Hotel Reservation Cut-Off Date: July 5, 2016
In some cases, companies reserve a block of rooms for their competing employee contestants; please check with your employer
before reserving a room. When reserving, always remember to say you are with the ATA or National Truck Driving Championships
event. For those contestants, volunteers, or officials whose companies do not reserve a room block, we ask that you visit our
website at “NTDC.Trucking.org” for hotel reservation forms.
ATA has approved the Visit Indy Housing Bureau to coordinate all hotel reservation requests. The Visit Indy Housing Bureau is the
only official housing bureau of ATA’s NTDC/NSVDC Events. If you are contacted by a housing pirating company or any group other
than Visit Indy, recognize that they are not endorsed by ATA and, despite their claims, they do not have access to our negotiated
discounted rates. For accurate information regarding reservations or availability, please contact the Housing Bureau directly at
[email protected] or 317-262-8191.
