ABOUT PT. ANGSA EMAS PERDANA
Back in 2008, our company was known as
Pribadi Pimarasa Catering, owned by Mr.
Tulus Pribadi. We started out as a small
catering company serving an onshore drilling
rig in Sumatra.
As business was growing rapidly, time has
come for us to incorporate the privately owned
business. In 2009, Mr Tulus Pribadi gave the
business to his son, Mr Ferry Pribadi, who has
been working alongside him ever since the
beginning. Hence, we are known as PT.
Angsa Emas Perdana. We have become an
company and have many nationwide clientele.

FOOD QUALITY AND SAFETY POLICY
PT. Angsa Emas Perdana is committed to provide catering services that meet customer
expectations and requirements, while complying with National and International standard of
food service. Continuous improvement will be implemented to achieve the catering services
of high quality, timely and safe in consumption.
The Management of PT. Angsa Emas Perdana is committed to achieving that goal by
involving all ranks and levels of the organization through to the application of Quality
Management System ISO:9001:2008 and Food Safety Management System ISO
22000:2005.
Efficient and thorough training of our food handlers in proper hygiene, safe food prep, clean
kitchen facilities and hygienic food handling will ensure that we will have the highest
standards of food safety in all of our sites.
WORK SAFETY
Our Health Safety & Environment progam is a significant part of our company because we
value work safety. All personnel are required to undergo comprehensive health and safety
training prior to working to obtain health and safety certificate. We also conduct random
checks on HSE aspects throughout the year. From safe employees to safe kitchens, we
would like to achieve zero fatalities, zero lost time incidents, and minimize damage to
environment.
QUALITY SERVICE
We take pride in upholding a high quality service for our clients through demanding the
same high standard from our suppliers and constantly training our employees to excel in
their performance. Management of PT. Angsa Emas Perdana understand the importance of
keeping Client’s personnel fed on schedule, allowing them to focus on their core activity so
the projects could be completed on time. We have a reputation of offering high-quality
service and we enjoy excellent relationships with our customers.
We offer a wide range of services to our Clients from executive dining room of oilfield and
mining projects to employee canteen service in hospitals or manufacture plant.
WE OFFER THE FOLLOWING SERVICES TO OUR CLIENTS:
A. Buffet-style Catering with Customized Menus
Our dynamic approach to food and menu design allows us to offer Customized Menus to our
Clients, from everyday comfort foods to creatively prepared International menu choices, so they
will not suffer the boredome of routine recycled menu selections.
B. Employee Meals / Boxed Meals
We are experienced in providing good and healthy menus to satisfy a wide range of tastes and
can be tailored to Clients requirements, including halal and ethnic dishes. At PT. Angsa Emas
Perdana we are always happy to work on solutions to ensure a well fed and happy workforce.
C. Housekeeping and Laundry Services
Housekeeping and laundry management are keys factor in oilfield and mining catering services.
Our standards of cleanliness are measured by crisp linens, washed and folded uniforms, and
sanitary rooms.
D. Facility Management
We are an integrated services provider with purpose to provide Clients with the best practices
in facility management including gardening, landscaping and pest control.

A service company like ours relies heavily on the
quality of its people. Therefore we employ highly
experienced personnel and
provide regular
training as a continuous process.
In pursuit of our vision, we have also established a
team of Quality Assurance who routinely monitor
the performance of our team and the services they
deliver.
We now have nearly 60 senior staff members with
skill and technical qualification and many more
local crew. All personnel working on-site are
trained and passed the qualification test to obtain On-site team consist of:
safety and health certificate.
Site Manager, Catering Supervisor,
H o u s e k e e p i n g S u p e r v i s o r,
Storeman, Chefs/Cooks and Baker,
who are highly experienced with
various backgrounds like hotel, cruise
ship, onshore and offshore drilling
sites from domestic and international
locations.
We also support the well being of local
civilians by employing local people
who are later trained to work in the
various areas of our operations.
OUR FACILITIES
To ensure our services, we are well equipped with facilities such as kitchen containers,
warehouse and transportation vehicles. We have several well-organized kitchen, dry store,
and chiller/freezer containers. We also supported by a professional technical team to do the
repair and maintenance.

She has a Bachelor Degree in Finance from Monash University, Melbourne, Australia.
President Director: Ferry Pribadi
He has a Bachelor Degree in Food Science and Technology from California Polytechnic University, Pomona, California,
USA. His background in food industry really help him to achieve growth in starting this catering service business.
Director: Judy Handoyo
He has a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from a reputable Indonesian University and has been in the industry since 1996.
He has been with the company since 2009.
Senior Operation Manager: Wira Gunawan
He graduated with Diploma III in Hotel Management from Hotel and Restaurant Training Center. He has been in the
Food & Beverages Industry for more than 20 years. He was working as Project Manager for PT. Prasmanindo Boga Utama
before joining our team in 2012. He is responsible for daily Operation Dept and Training Dept.
Operation Manager: Carles Akihary
He is now pursuing his Bachelor Degree in Management. He was working as Operational Manager for big projects such as
Donggi Senoro Gas Project before joining our team in 2013. He has been in the business for more than 10 years.
Site Manager: Budhi Sutrisno
He has been in the remote catering business since 1980. He had been working for such household name companies
like PT. Tiara Royal Catering, PT. Usayana Catering Div., PT. Patra Supply & Service, PT. Indocater, and PT. Pangansari
Utama before joining our team as Camp Boss in 2007.
Site Manager: Abraham Wala
He graduated with Diploma III from Hotel and Tourism Training Institute. He has been in the Food & Beverages Industry
from 2005. He had been working as Site Manager for PT. Cipta Anugrah Sarana Catering before joining us in early 2013.
Site Manager: Asep Ganda Saputra
He had been working for PT. Andrawina Praja Sarana, PT. Indocater and PT. Usayana Catering Div. before joining our
team in 2008. He has proven himself worthy of being our newest Site Manager.
Store Manager: Sabar Yanto
He graduated with Diploma III in Management Information System and has been working for famous fast food chain
restaurant since 2010 before joining our team in 2012.
Procurement Manager: Candra Sebastian
He started working in our company as procurement staff and has worked his way up since then. He had been working
in famous supermarket chain store before joining our team in 2008.
Fin Act Tax Manager: Meyfi Wijaya
She has a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from Tarumanegara University. She joined our team in 2009 and has been in
the industry since 2003.
QA Supervisor: Pitri Andriyani
She has a Bachelor Degree in Public Health from Diponegoro University and has been working for PT. Diamond Cold
Storage Bakery Division from 2011 before joining our team in 2013.
HSE Supervisor: Mohamad Idris
He has a Diploma III in Work Safety from Sebelas Maret University and has been working for several oil and gas
company since he graduated in 2009 before joining our team in 2013.
Bus. Dev. Manager: Jillian Tayu
She graduated from Simon Fraser University, BC, Canada. Her passion in food drives her to open Tiramisu Factory,
Creamy Comfort and NoName Catering. In her sparetime, she consults for a few major companies including Imperial
Treasure Group.
Bus. Dev. Supervisor: David Silalahi
He joined our team in December 2011. In a very short time, he has managed to secure some new clients for us.
HRD Supervisor: Indra Lubis
He has a Bachelor of Law Degree from Krisna Dwipayana University Jakarta. He had worked for PT. Monde Mahkota
Biscuit before joining our team in 2013.
