Syn-Tec Tri-Creatine Malate
is a special type of Creatine
bonded to Malic Acid and
offers the benefits of both
Creatine and Malic Acid.
Companion Products: Tri-Creatine Malate is great
stacked with Nitrox-Syn, Synabol and with your daily
protein shakes to help support sustained strength
increases and muscle endurance when performing
extreme power exercise movements.
One and a half level 5ml teaspoons provides 5 grams
of Tri-Creatine Malate. For serving accuracy use a 5ml
measuring teaspoon. Shake container before use.
Take 5 grams (1 & ½ level teaspoons) in the morning and
another 30 minutes before training.
Spoon serving directly into mouth and wash down with
water or mix in 400ml of water or juice. Can also be
added to sports drinks, protein powders and sports
foods to aid their nutritional profile. Taste is quite acidic.
Consume immediately after mixing, do not let stand for
any length of time.
Ensure you drink plenty of fluids throughout the day.
Cycle 6 weeks on, 2 weeks off.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Tri-Creatine Malate readily absorbs moisture. Ensure
you use a dry spoon and replace the lid tightly after use.
Store below 30°C in dry conditions.
Powder can be lumpy but will still disperse in water.
