MAPLE BACON BROWN
SUGAR SCONES Recipe
For groups of 4 or more.
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Make the GLAZE first. In a small

3. SCONES: In a large bowl combine
dry ingredients.
4. Cut in butter until it forms coarse
crumbs.
5. Gently stir in buttermilk and vanilla.
Do not over-mix.
6. Fold in bacon.
GLAZE Ingredients:
7. Turn onto a lightly floured surface
and knead gently.

2” apart on a baking sheet.
9. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until
golden brown. Remove from oven
and cool on a cooling rack. Top the
scones with glaze.
