From Exile Brewery Located in downtown Des Moines, Iowa
Ruthie: A smooth gold lager starting with caramel malt aromas that are subtle, yet
pronounced. A kiss of perle hops offers a touch of bitterness and incredible balance to its
robust body. 5.2% ABV. – Bottles also available.
Hannah: Intense aromas of clove & banana give way to a mouthwatering citrus flavor in
this unique brew. German wheat & malt come together in a meticulous decoction mash to
make a distinct & refreshing beer. 5.2% ABV– Bottles also available.
Beatnik Sour: Tart and acidic, this beer is kettle soured leaving a refreshing lactic
pucker. 5.6% ABV. – Bottles also available.
From Peace Tree Brewery Located in Knoxville, Iowa
Blonde Fatale: This is an unfiltered Belgian style blonde ale. It is delicately
hopped with styrian golding and celeia for medium bitterness and aroma.
8.5% ABV. – Bottles also available.
Red Rambler: This malty American amber ale is brewed with the finest quality pale,
with a high in malt flavor. The brewmaster actually wears a kilt while brewing this ale to
achieve maximum Scottish feel and tradition. 5.5% ABV.
Sodbuster Stout Ale: Hearty ale with color and flavors derived from roast, chocolate,
and caramel malts. This ale has a complex taste with a rich creamy mouthfeel. The pronounced
hop presence balances the deep malt flavors. 6% ABV. - Try as a float!
From West O Beer Located in West Okoboji, Iowa
Pilsner Lager: A very light golden color with medium body and low sweetness, it’s brewed
with 100% pilsner malted barley. A very unique combination of sterling and saphir hops create
a hop flavor and aroma of light fruit, pepper, and straw. 6% ABV
Smoked Red: A deep copper/red color with a strong malt backbone. Roasted high kilned
malts provide nutty biscuit flavors supported by dark caramel malt giving it a hint of dark fruit.
Not to mention the small amount of smoked malt to create that little bit of campfire flavor.
6.5% ABV.
Holy L Session India Pale Lager: Clean lager flavors collide with the classic hops of an
IPA- it’s obsessionable. 4.5% ABV.
CocO Stout: Real coco nibs, with hints of coffee, oats, bourbon, vanilla and caramel malt.

and brewed with special hops to create a “Summer Fest” beer. 4.5% ABV.
German. A microbrew done in the style of the special beers of Munich. This beer is brewed in
the style of a Vienna lager. 5.4% ABV.
John’s White Ale: A wonderful spicy brew, infused with orange peel and coriander spices. It has a crisp refreshing flavor and a slight ‘white’ haze from the large percentage of wheat used in the mash. 5.2% ABV.
Iowa Pale Ale: Pale ale’s are turning into hoppy monsters, but our Iowa pale ale is more
