Finding a beer that fits with your meal is our pleasure. Please ask your server for a
recommendation and they will gladly delve into our extensive cadre of beers from around the
world in order to make your repast all the more interesting and compelling. We love beer but
more so we love to share our favorites with you.
Dogfish Head/Baladin My Antonia Imperial Pilsner
A collaboration between to great breweries. My Antonia (named after the Willa Cather Novel), is
a continually-hopped imperial pilsner. This lager for ale lovers is citrusy, sweet and refined. Faragliano, Italy ABV 7.5% (11.2 oz) 12
De Dolle Dulle Teve Tripel
These “mad” brewers continue in their tradition of unapologetic and incredible beers. This is a
classic tripel that will woo you with complexity and depth. Floral. Spicy. Amazing! Esen, Belgium

Baladin Wayan Saison
A complex, haunting beer. This quite unusual combination of spices and herbs greatly impacts the

Big Sky IPA A “go to” IPA. Well-balanced hoppiness and delicious malts. Great with food,

The Front Brewing Mountain Man Scotch Ale Roasty and bold. A scotch ale with tons of
flavor without being heavy. Unquestionably drinkable. Great Falls, MT ABV 6.8% (16oz) 6

De Scheldedrouwerij Hop-Ruiter A Belgian blond with American hop assertiveness; a
wonderful introduction to Belgian ingenuity. Turnhout, Belgium ABV 8% (11.2oz) 7
2013 Goose Island Pepe Nero A luxuriant brew. Round and toasty with a backbone of
Belgian spice character. A beautiful bottle. Chicago, IL ABV 6.4% (765ml) 25
Browerij Bosteels DeuS Bière de Champagne This really is the champagne of beers.
First and second fermentation in Belgium, finished in the méthode champenoise in
Champagne, France. Share this for your first course. Special and inexpressibly glorious.

Sam Smith Organic Lager Undemanding and delicious. Slight honey sweetness with light

Andechs Vollbier Hell A classic Bavarian Helles Lager. A favorite because it offers both
the refreshing qualities of a lager with a touch more interest. Clean with lovely floral and
biscuity notes and a little black pepper. Munich, Bavaria ABV 4.8% (16.9 oz) 8
Baladin Isaac Italian Wheat. With acreamy head, the intentionally cloudy, apricot color
and the scent of yeast and citrus blends into spicy harmonies of coriander and peeled
oranges. It calls you from the glass. Refreshing to the palate, it has a light body and is

Columba Biere Blanche. A French style wheat beer that combines a spicy, floral freshness and a remarkable, thirst-quenching quaffability. Corsica ABV 5% (11.2 oz) 6
Schneider-Weisse Tap 7 Usner Original This quintessential hefeweizen offers
a lovely crispness and balance of bready malts, bright citrus, apple and clove.

Ayinger Urweisse (Dunkelweizen) A classic Bavarian dark wheat beer with notes of
banana and spice. Like fresh baked beer bread. A favorite of beer connoisseurs the

Classic example of the style. Clean, goes down like better water. One of the world’s great

Rogue Morimoto Soba Ale Soba, or toasted buckwheat, adds depth and texture to this

Boulder Brewing Hazed Session IPA Refresing. Lip-smacking. Complex for a session

Boulder Brewing Mojo IPA Hops and malt in harmony. Wonderful smooth finish while
still loaded with citrus and lemony hop characteristics. Boulder, CO ABV 7.2% (12oz) 5
Crazy Mountain Brewing Boohai Red Malty and spicy with notes of carmel and hints of
hops. Edwards, CO ABV 6% (12 oz can) 5
Samuel Smith India Ale The original I.P.A. A perfect balance between hops and malts
creates wonderful, smooth flavor. One of the best beers in the world, no doubt.

Thornbridge - Wild Raven Black IPA. This beer defines the best of the style! Defies all
our notions of what beer can do in the glass. Must be tried to be understood. Bakewell,

Septem Friday’s Pale Ale Brewed with unusual hop varietals that lend this brew a nose
not dissimilar to a crisp white wine. Vinous with light peach and citrus notes. Zesty, with
nice bitterness. Orologio, Greece ABV 4.7% (330ml) 6
Sam Smith Organic Pale Ale Balanced and fresh. An impeccable English pale ale, that
“captures the true soul of beer.” Tadcaster, England ABV 5% (18.6 oz) 8
Stone Crime 2013 Stone continues its legacy with this wicked brew. Barrel aged Lucky
Bastard ale gets a massive dose of local hot chillies. Aging did not tame this monster.

Gasthaus & Gosebrauerei Gose Brewed with coriander and a bit of salt, this historic
style is clean and lipsmackingly good. Try this! Leipzig, Germany ABV 4.6% (11.2 oz) 7
Schlossbrauerei 1809 Berliner Weisse Want to feel like Napoleon after his Prussian
victory? This was his drink of choice. This revival brew is lively and fruity, a touch tart, a
touch creamy with a dry, thirst quenching finish. Munich, Germany ABV 5% (22oz) 10
New Belgium Lips of Faith Le Terroir The terroir comes from wooden foeders in which
they age this dry hopped sour ale for three years! Just the right amount of tart; this
peachy, hop fruity delight is absolute magic. Fort Collins, Colorado ABV 7.5% (22oz) 24
St. Louis Gueuze Fond Tradition A Caffè Dolce post-shift favorite.
Nose of sweet barnyard funk with a crisp citrus finish. Dry and tart.

Laughing Dog Brewing De Achtste Hond We believe this sour stands up to the best of
them. The peach notes are just right: combine the intoxicating scent of overripe nectar

Cuvée Des Jacobins Rouge A sublime Flemish sour. Incredible complexity: grape skin and
green apple, a touch of vanilla and oak. Funky, bracingly sour. Good golly, this is good!

Castle Brewery Bacchus A Flanders Oud Bruin named for the Roman god of wine,
intoxication and ritual madness. It exceeds expectations with tart cherries all around

St. Louis Premium Pêche Lambic Does anyone still eat peach gummy rings? A fantastic
balance of sweet and tart, this juicy beer brings childhood joys to your table. Yum!

Rodenbach Grand Cru Flemish red-brown ale. Blend of young and oak aged ale yield
a crazy mixture of tangy cherry, herbs, vanilla and of course a little funk. Unique and

Ciders, Meads and Fruit Beers
Montana Ciderworks Small Batch Cider A touch sweet, a touch tart. A real small
farm, farmer’s cider in the old European style. Made only of McIntosh apples from
the Bitterroot! Fantastic. Only a few bottles remain of this wonderful, local treat.

De Troch Framboise Lambic Fantastic raspberry flavor with enough tartness to keep it

Wandering Aengus Wickson Crab Apple Cider Ah! Magic! An heirloom, single-varietal
cider with character and interest. Beautiful floral aromas and a striking tartness.

Wandering Aengus Golden Russet Cider A delicious single varietal cider. Dry but laced
with complex notes of honey and sun and texture. Try this with our roasted quail!

Selkirk Abbey Guilt - Belgian Style Barrel Aged Imperial Porter. Rich and satisfying.
Maybe the most comlex beer ever made in Idaho. Settle in and take note of the depth

Thornbridge - Kipling South Pacific Style Pale Ale. A hybrid style between a classic
British pale with a touch of American hopiness. Delicious and uber drinkable! Bakewell,
