2003: Creation of Encres Dubuit Shanghai, a 100%
foreign owned production facility based in China.
2010: The existing subsidiary of Machine Dubuit, Dubuit
America in Chicago, joins the Encres Dubuit group
2011: New plant at Encres Dubuit Shanghai :
