XCR4 is a unique blend of pre-consumer recycled cork granules and rubber. By combining
the benets of both, Expanko has created a strong and beautiful flooring appropriate for a
wide range of commercial and residential applications.

Customization
Custom colors are available and XCR4 can be water jet cut to create custom
logos and designs. 4,000 square foot minimum order for custom colors.
Installation
XCR4 is installed with a trowel-on adhesive, utilizing a butt-joint
technique. To facilitate seamless installation of XCR4, heat welding
rods are available to match all standard colors of XCR4.

LEED Contributions
XCR4 may contribute to achieve LEED credits.
Storage and Acclimation
Acclimate adhesive and flooring at the site for at least 72 hours prior to installation. Rolled goods should be stored on end.
Temperature during acclimation period must be maintained between 65° F and 75°F. The permanent HVAC system must be
in operation for at least one week prior to installation.
Shade Variations
Because XCR4 is made with cork granules, a natural material, shade variations are inherent in the product. It is the responsibility
of the installer to blend shades. Installation of the tiles deems acceptance of shade variations. Shuffle tiles from alternate boxes
to help evenly distribute any shade or color variations in tile.
