coming to NASCAR and RIR in 2014, we think that

On the track, the new NASCAR Qualifying and Chase Grid makes winning more
important than ever, and the season-long battle to make the Chase for the Sprint
Cup promises to be one of the most exciting yet. We get excited when we hear
so many people talking about how much they are looking forward to seeing the
racing action at “The Action Track,” where an already intense race will be taken to
another level.

Ticket Policies and Payment Information
Please inspect your tickets upon receipt and report any discrepancies to Richmond
International Raceway immediately. All ticket sales are final and no refunds or
exchanges will be granted. RIR assumes no responsibility for lost, misplaced or
destroyed tickets, so keep your tickets in a safe place. If the seat location assigned
is not available, we will substitute with comparable seating of equal value.
Richmond International Raceway accepts cash, money orders, VISA®,
MasterCard®, American Express® and Discover® for payments. Tickets
purchased from sources other than RIR may not be honored, as they could be lost,
stolen or counterfeit. The purchaser on file is solely responsible for any subsequent
resale of a ticket regardless of how or why tickets are resold. RIR will cancel your
privilege to purchase tickets if found to have been resold at a price greater than
the face value. Tickets may not be resold on Richmond International Raceway
property for any reason.
All schedules are tentative and subject to change. In the case of postponement
or rescheduling of a race, please keep your ticket or ticket stub to re-enter on the
date of rescheduling. If you plan on entering the grandstand for any race, you must
have a ticket. Richmond International Raceway does not refund or exchange
tickets due to postponement or rescheduling of a race unless ticket insurance is
purchased through TravelGuard.

Richmond International Raceway is located in Henrico County, Virginia. Henrico

PARKING SERVICES
FREE Automobile Parking
We offer FREE Automobile Parking to all
guests at Richmond International
Raceway. In addition, for guests who are
parked in Lot H or have paid to camp in
BLUE OX Meadowbridge Parking Lot J, a
FREE Tram service runs continually on
Friday and Saturday of race weekends
starting at 9:00 a.m.
Vehicles remaining in non-overnight RIR parking lots three hours after the
conclusion of on-track activities on Friday night will be towed at the owner’s
expense. Vehicles parked in Fire, Emergency and public roadway lanes are subject
to fines in addition to being towed. To retrieve towed vehicles, please call
Glen Allen Towing at 804-266-2700.
FREE Shuttle Service
Richmond International Raceway offers complimentary shuttle service from the
Richmond Coliseum parking deck on North 7th Street for the Saturday NASCAR
Sprint Cup events only. The shuttle service conveniently drops off and picks up at
the Main Gate to Richmond International Raceway, on the corner of Laburnum Ave
and Richmond-Henrico Turnpike. Information for the Coliseum is listed below:

April, all ticketholders will be allowed on
track from 2-4:30 p.m. on Saturday before
the TOYOTA OWNERS 400. Walk around

of your favorite drivers and enjoy live
music. Don’t miss out on this brand new

Turn 3
Turn 3 has a new look and feel! Quench your thirst with a drink at the outdoor
bar before or during the Saturday race, relive RIR history by taking a walk down
Memory Lane, or watch the drivers come through the infield tunnel from the Turn 3
Perch! It’s brand new for 2014, but is expected to grow for years to come.
RVA’s Stars of NASCAR Festival
There’s no better way to kick off a
NASCAR race weekend in Richmond than
with a free festival at RIR. Leading into
the Federated Auto Parts 400 - “One
Last Race to Make The Chase,” RVA’s
Stars of NASCAR Festival gets the party
started on Thursday, September 4. Enjoy
up close and personal Q&A sessions
with drivers in the hunt for a spot in
“The Chase,” local food and beverage
options and live music!
K&N Series Race’s New Time
RIR will once again host some of NASCAR’s future stars in the BLUE OX 100
NASCAR K&N Pro Series East race on Friday, April 25, 2014. The race will take
place following the finish of the ToyotaCare 250 NASCAR Nationwide Series race.
Guest Information Cart Service
Guest Information and ADA carts will now run on a set route throughout the RIR
complex on race days. Please see pages 14-15 for more information.

Kids Pricing
We now offer Kids Pricing in every grandstand
for the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series races!
Children 12 and younger will receive $25
off the ticket price. Don’t forget, children 12
and younger also get in FREE with a ticketed
adult to all of RIR’s NASCAR Nationwide Event

Will Call Pick Up
Tickets placed at Will Call can now be picked up by the account holder at ANY of
our ticket locations on race day. Be sure to have a photo ID ready when you pick up
your tickets. The Main Will Call will still be adjacent to the Commonwealth Mall.
The Midway Gets A New Look
The Miller Lite Party Zone has moved
to its new home right on the Midway!
Located just outside of the Virginia is
for Lovers Frontsretch Gate and newly
created Food Court, the Party Zone
is a FREE place for fans to enjoy live
music, interactive tailgate games,
great tasting Miller Lite, some favorite
tailgate foods and other fun events you
won’t want to miss!
Lot J Reserved RV Parking
On-site, overnight parking is now
available for motorhomes and RVs in
the BLUE OX Meadowbridge Reserved
RV Parking Lot J. Passes for the Lot
can be purchased in advance ($99
per site for the weekend) or upon
arrival on race weekend ($105 per site
for the weekend*). Tent camping will
still be available in Lot J as well, and
fans can purchase their passes for

Richmond International Raceway allows
fans to exit and re-enter the grandstands
at anytime. Please make sure to have your
hand stamped at the gates when exiting.
You must show your ticket stub and hand
stamp when re-entering. In order to provide
a safe and fan-friendly environment at RIR,
we ask that all fans adhere to the following

Smoking Policy
The Grandstand seating areas are smoke free. Smoking is also prohibited in front
of the grandstands, in the portals leading to the seating areas and inside any
building. Fans are permitted to smoke in open-air areas underneath and behind

alternate handicapped parking in one of our satellite lots if the parking lots
closest to the track become full.

Handicap Assistance Carts
Richmond International Raceway has a
fleet of handicap assistance
carts to help our disabled guests who
require assistance with transportation
within the immediate raceway property.
While these carts do not pick up at
specific camp sites or parking spaces,
we will pick up and drop off from Guest
Services tent locations as shown on
the site map. These sites are located
along the newly defined transportation route which can be found on our website

Pre-Race
Handicap assistance carts transport to and from guest service tent locations
which are located on the defined transportation route. Exit the cart closest to your

The post race drop off points will be to the outer edges of the parking lots. Carts

TAILGATING AND THE MIDWAY
Tailgating 101
Get here early, set up the grills, get out the
coolers and have fun! Tailgating for all events
will be limited to the area directly in front of or
behind each vehicle and must not take up any
additional parking spaces or encroach on the
drive lanes. This policy is designed to improve
the traffic flow and access to our free parking
areas, including for emergency vehicles.
Pre-Paid Group Tailgate Lot
The Group Tailgate Lot provides a reserved tailgate spot for your group, space for
cars, pop-up tents, tables, chairs, grills and games, easy entry and exit through

The Midway
Richmond International Raceway offers one of the
best interactive and shopping experiences in all of
racing, the Midway. Open on Friday and Saturday
of race weekend, the Midway is filled with driver
souvenir rigs, the Miller Lite Fan Zone, the Food
Court, as well as interactive displays, giveaways,
music and more.

A FREE, fun and festive environment designed for young race fans! Kids will find
games, crafts, science exhibits, and vendors in the festive indoor and outdoor
