Tyler just took his training wheels off. Now, he`s at Concentra.
Welcome to Richmond International Raceway!
Dear Guest:
When we set out to revise our Vision in 2012 on who
we are and where we are going, every discussion
went right back to, as it should, the Fans. As one of
our team members stated during the process - a lot
of things come and go in our sport, but “the Fans, the
Fans” are the constant and the reason we are here.
People ask us all the time what we do during the year – we plan and plan some more –
and then execute that plan to promote and prepare for our NASCAR events, so that we
can welcome the best Fans in any sport to our home!
To truly be “America’s Premier Short Track”, we have to deliver the “thrilling, memorable
and unparalleled guest experience” we identify in our Vision Statement. We embarked
on several new guest services initiatives last year that we will continue to enhance in
2013; for example, more guest information booths, better training of the individuals who
come to work at RIR on race weekends, better pre-event communication, better on-site
communication. Anything we can do to make this the best experience in racing.
We hope you find the information in this book valuable. If you have a question or need
assistance, please don’t hesitate to call 866-455-7223 or email us at [email protected], or
while on site, please seek out our guest information tents.
We look forward to hosting you at Richmond International Raceway. We know you have
many entertainment options to choose from, so we greatly appreciate you selecting
NASCAR and RIR.
Sincerely,
Dennis J. Bickmeier
President
