Terms and Conditions for Parties and Meals
One person from each party needs to be made responsible
for the booking and collection of all payments to the hotel.
All bookings require a letter or email confirmation to the
hotel, along with a £15 per person deposit.
Should your numbers fall below the original number
booked and deposited; the deposits for the missing
number is not refundable or transferable to the final
invoice, nor to be used for the payment of any other hotel
service.
The hotel must be notified of your party’s final numbers at
least 14 days prior to the event, along with your choice of
menu, pre-booked wines and final full pre-payment.
The hotel reserves the right, at its discretion, to combine
parties or cancel any event up to two weeks beforehand. In
this case every effort will be made to offer an alternative
date, if this is not possible a full refund will be given.
For any booking made after Monday 7th November 2016
full payment must be made at the time of booking.
The client will be liable for any loss or damage to the
hotel’s property including walls, light fittings and
equipment (including items hired for their use).
Whilst the company has taken steps to ensure that the
information contained in its brochure, tariffs, leaflets and
advertisements is accurate, it reserves the right to alter,
substitute or withdraw any service, facility or amenity
without notice if necessary.
