Isabelle Gauvin
Stylist & Trend Expert
Isabelle accomplished her dream of becoming a fashion stylist in 2007.
She was quickly hired as a stylist for different types of projects, including
photo magazine shoots, fashion shows, advertising and television projects.
Through this experience, Isabelle developed a unique expertise for both
private styling of individuals and styling for agencies and companies.
Some of her clients include actresses Melissa Desormeaux Poulin, Maxim
Roy and Julie Perreault, musicians Catherine Major and Vincent Vallières,

Productions J, Quartier DIX30, L’Oréal, Mixte, Clin d’œil and Coup de
Pouce magazines, and agencies such as Cossette, LG2, Les évadés and
many others. She then became a television fashion expert, conference
speaker, fashion and trend consultant and recently worked as a fashion

program.
Come meet Isabelle from April 22nd to 24th to create your new look in our giant
walk-in closet.
Floral
Floral is truly the dominant print for the summer season. You will find a variety
of colourful, exotic and Asian inspired flowers.
Stripes of all types and sizes are also popular: vertical or horizontal, wide or
ultra-fine, they cover summer dresses, skirts, tops and pants.
The Parisian look for women, striped Bardot style cotton blouses with open
shoulders, are everywhere. Another big trend is mixing prints while keeping the
same colour palette.

Couture
This season, women will be romantic, nonchalant and bohemian thanks to the
Boho Chic look. Flowy skirts and dresses in a range of powder or light shades are
all the rage. Lace, embroidery, silk, voile, chiffon and transparencies underneath or
that overlap will create looks that are both romantic and sophisticated. Suede and
jeans combined with flowing fabrics will bring back the bohemian spirit of the 70s.
For men, raw materials like flax, faded jeans and all the shades that recall sand and
sea take center stage. Orange terracotta accents and sophisticated pink hues are
also popular.
Rainbow
Colour is back in the spotlight, used as an accent or as a complete look. This
season’s colours are fresh, intense and effervescent. The colour palette is vast,
ranging from bright blues and indigos to vitamin yellow, while the various shades
of orange and pink also make an appearance.
This summer, play with bold primary colours to add vitality and light to your
wardrobe.
Men will leave the classic blacks and blues behind and dare with a pop of flashy
colour, which will rejuvenate both their sporty and workwear looks.
Fashion Bloggers
Get inspired by the looks created by some of Montreal’s most
influential fashion bloggers and come meet them in person to
take advantage of their personal style tips!
Ely Lemieux
Classy Lipstick
The love for lipstick and small jars, mixed with some fashion and foodie
favourites. All of this, surrounded by positive messages, small pieces of
her life and above all, a lot of self-confidence. That’s Classy Lipstick.
Julia Mateian
The 26th Look
Julia Mateian decided to launch The 26th Look while completing her
Master in Marketing at HEC Montreal. Fascinated by the blogosphere
phenomenon, she wrote a thesis on the impact on consumers of
collaborations between luxury brands and fashion bloggers. She quickly
developed an interest and passion for her blog and decided to make it
her career. This blog is for any fashionista that wants to be inspired by
daily outfit posts, for the foodie seeking out the best places to go and
for the traveler looking for hidden gems around the world. But above
all, The 26th Look reflects the personal passions and inspirations of its
creator.
Chloé Dumont
The Fashion Red Fox
Chloé Dumont is all about fashion and beauty, which is abundantly
clear on her blog, The Fashion Red Fox.
Also passionate about culture and great food, she invites you to join
her adventures and to discover all the amazing things you can find in
her world! Follow her social networks to find out where she will be next:
from red carpets to shopping sprees and all the cultural festivals, Chloé
is the most wanted redhead in town!
Jessica Concannon
Westmount Fashionista
A former buyer and personal shopper, love brought Jessica to Montreal
with a 26ft U-Haul of clothing and her 8lb blonde poodle.
After turning her husband’s office into her closet, Jessica started her
blog as a way to prove to him that she actually wears all of her “stuff”.
Westmount Fashionista shares Jessica’s love of mixing high-quality
investment pieces with fast fashion wallet-friendly items as well as
offering an insider’s look at the fashion industry. When she’s not surfing
Net-A-Porter and ASOS for “research” purposes, Jessica also freelances
as a stylist.
