WELCOME TO
MEDITERRANEAN
INSPIRATIONS 2016!
Gin Mare, the first and only authentic Mediterranean gin, made from the finest botanicals chosen
from our basin, such as the Arbequina olive, thyme,
rosemary and basil; is organising the sixth International Cocktail Competition so that Bartenders
can interpret their vision of the “Mare Nostrum” to
perfectly represent the brand’s core values:
Lifestyle, cuisine, climate and that unique feeling of
escape.
For us it is more than just a competition, we are
looking for your personal dreams and ideas about
the Mediterranean.
We want to distil all
your liquid inspirations
relating to this concept
into three categories
Mediterranean Gin & Tonic
your take on this iconic long drink.
Mare Nostrum Cocktail
where we want you to use any of our four brand
values as your inspiration.
Gastrobartender Drink
this year Gin Mare invites you to re-invent yourself
by developing a cocktail based on a particularly representative ingredient of our food culture: the egg.
1.- Drawing inspiration from this raw material to
transform your inspiration into a liquid offering

be chosen to present your Gastrobartender drink,
as well as your Mediterranean Gin & Tonic or your
Mare Nostrum Cocktail (we’ll let you know).
4.- When you classify for the international final
we will set you one last challenge; you will have
to prepare the perfect companion drink for your
Gastrobartender drink in the global finals in Villa
