Recipe by Clean Supper Club
Sumptuous, rich and utterly divine, these raw chocolate eggs
come in three flavours; Cacao & Vanilla, Cacao & Cinnamon and
Cacao & Cherry. Healthy Easter Eggs at last - seriously guilt-free
indulgence!
INGREDIENTS
METHOD
1/3 cup of Raw Cacao Powder
1. Put all the Dates into the food processor and blend until smooth.
2 tbsp of Cashew Butter
2. Add Cashew Butter, Cacao Powder and Vanilla Powder then blitz
until blended and smooth.
FLAVOURS
3. Take either a tsp or a tbsp of mix and using your hands roll until
smooth. Start with a ball shape and then form the egg shape.
4. Repeat & try not to eat too much of the mix!
FLAVOUR MIX UP
If you’d like a trio of flavoured Energy Eggs remove from food
processer and separate mixture into thirds.
COMBINATIONS
1. Retain one 1/3 as Cacao & Vanilla
2. The second 1/3 add ¼ tsp of Raw Cinnamon Powder to one and
mix together
3. To the final third 1/3 we added ¼ tsp of Cherry Powder
6 large Medjool Dates
or 12 small Dates
½ tsp of Raw Vanilla Powder
¼ tsp of Raw Cinnamon
Powder.
¼ tsp of Cherry
Powder.

Recipe by Indigo Herbs
Made with the Cacao Bean and sweetend with Agave Syrup, this Raw
Chocolate is packed with nutrients and is a Super-healthy, Superdelicious treat.
METHOD
1. Heat the water in the Bain Marie to 45° C then remove from the
heat and float a heat proof bowl in the water.
2. Gently melt the Cacao Butter in the Bain Marie until the last of the
solids have just disappeared.
3. Add all the Vanilla and stir into the melted Cacao Butter.
4. Keep stirring until you can see the Vanilla is properly mixed in the
Cacao Butter.
5. Add in all the Cacao Powder and mix until it is smooth.
6. Add in all the Agave Syrup and mix until completely blended. Our
Raw Chocolatiers believe this takes about 100 stirrings.

7. Pour out the molten Raw Chocolate into moulds and allow to set in
a fridge or freezer for 2 hours.
8. Pop out your Raw Chocolates and share them with those you
love...if you can!

Antioxidant rich Goji Berries and nutritious, sweet Baobab Powder
make this chocolate a Superfood treat that not only tastes divine,
with all the "bliss" phytochemicals in the Raw Cacao, it will make
you feel good too!
INGREDIENTS
220g Organic Raw Cacao Butter
broken into chunks
METHOD
6 - 7 tbsp Organic Raw Cacao
Powder
1. Place the Cacao Butter in a heatproof bowl and bring a saucepan
of water (about quarter full) to the boil.
3 - 4 tbsp Organic Raw Agave
Syrup
2. Turn the heat down to simmering and place the bowl of Cacao
Butter over the simmering water.
1/2 tsp Himalayan or Sea Salt
1 tbsp Organic Baobab Powder
3. Melt the Butter, stirring with a whisk, move the bowl from the heat
and let the Butter melt further whilst stirring.
1 tbsp Goji Berries
4. Add the Cacao Powder, Baobab Powder, Vanilla and Agave Syrup
and whisk together until it has all dissolved.
SERVES 6
PREP TIME 20 minutes
5. Finally, add the Salt and whisk together until smooth.
6. Line a tray with baking paper. Pour the Chocolate into the tray and
let is spread into a thin bark layer.

7. While still melted and hot, sprinkle evenly with Goji Berries and
Cacao Nibs.
8. Place the tray in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
9. Keep in an airtight container in or out of the fridge, depending on
how crunchy you would like it and it will keep for quite a while.

A healthy, dairy-free and vegan treat for chocolate lovers, with
hidden Superfood ingredients! There couldn’t be a more
pleasurable way to take advantage of Spirulina’s health benefits
than in this Raw Spirulina Chocolate.
METHOD
1. Add all of the powders and chopped Dates into a food processor
and blend until the dates are completely ground.
2. Gently melt the Coconut Oil in a small bowl, if needed (it may be
soft enough if you're in a warm place) - you can do this over a pan of
water.
3. The Coconut Oil should not get hotter than 45°C to ensure the
nutritional properties remain intact.
4. Stir in the powder mix and Maple Syrup.
5. Mix well until everything is fully combined.
6. Grease a 4in x 6in container with the extra Coconut Oil and spoon
in the Chocolate mix.
7. Press firmly and evenly into the pot.
8. Cover and refrigerate for at least fifteen minutes then cut into
squares to serve.
9. Store in the fridge until needed. It will keep for at least a week if
covered.

Raw and healthy using Cacao ingredients to ensure little
processed ingredients in the finished cookie. Traditional Vanilla
and Chocolatey taste with a sweet undertone of gooey Dates.
METHOD
1. In a bowl tip 1 cup of Cashew Nuts, then cover in water and leave
overnight or for a minimum of 3 hours.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup of Organic Cashew Nuts
1 cup of raw Jumbo Oats
½ cup Desiccated Coconut
¼ - ½ tsp Organic Raw Vanilla
Powder
2. Cover a baking tray with baking paper.
6 Organic Dates
3. Once soaked drain and rinse the Cashew Nuts and tip into the food
processor, blitz until smooth.
2-3 tbsp of Organic Raw Cacao
Nibs
4. Remove the stones from the Dates.
25g of Organic Raw Cacao
Butter
5. Put Dates, Oats, Vanilla Powder and the Desiccated Coconut in a
processor, blitz again, until they start to bind and nearly smooth in
texture.
6. For choc chip bites add 2-3 tbsp of Raw Cacao Nibs and then give
a quick pulse in the processor.
7. To form bites take a heaped tsp. and roll into a ball between the
palms of your hands. Then gently flatten until 1cm thick and place on
tray and put in fridge for 1 hour.
8. For a pure Raw Cacao melted dip melt 25g of Raw Cacao Butter in
a bain-marie & add 2 tbsp of raw Cacao Powder. Stir. Once melted
dip half the bite into the chocolate mix and put on a tray.
9. Return all Cookies to fridge for an additional 30 minutes before
eating.

Do you remember making crispie cakes when you were little? A
giant bar of melted chocolate, mixed with some rice crispies, then
left to set in the fridge. This healthy alternative will have you
licking the melty, chocolatey goodness off your fingers. Delicious!
METHOD
1. Mix all of your ingredients, apart from the cereal, together in a large
bowl.
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup of Coconut Oil
1/2 cup of Carob Powder
1 tbsp Raw Cacao Powder
3 tbsp Organic Eaw Agave Syrup
2. When you have a lovely smooth chocolatey mixture, then add your
cereal, and mix until completely covered.
1 tsp Vanilla Powder
3. Prepare a muffin tin with 6 cupcake cases, and spoon the mixture
equally between each case.
1/4 cup Almond Butter
4. Then pop the tray into the fridge for a couple of hours until set.
HEALTH BENEFITS
Carob powder is a sweet tasting alternative to Chocolate. It’s high in
fibre, calcium, vitamin B2 and potassium and has also been proven
to assist with calming stomach problems.
Agave Syrup is a fantastic alternative to refined sugar. It’s raw,
organic and contains 100% pure botanical ingredients.
Organic Raw Cacao powder is exceptionally high in antioxidant
minerals, especially magnesium.

Packed full of protein and minerals from Cashews and Goji
Berries and with the rich malty taste of Dates. These little bites
also feature Vanilla Powder, which is very sweet yet it's balanced
out by the unique taste of Rosehip Powder.
INGREDIENTS
METHOD
1/2 tsp of Organic Raw Vanilla
Powder
1. In a bowl tip 1 cup of Cashew Nuts, then cover in water and ideally
leave overnight or for a minimum of 3 hours.
1 Cup of Soaked Cashew Nuts
1 Cup of Oats
1/2 Cup of Goji Berries
2. Cover a baking tray with baking paper.
3 Heaped tbsp of Cacao Powder
3. Once soaked, drain and rinse the Cashew Nuts then tip into the
food processor.
2 tsp of Rosehip Powder
4. Blitz Cashews in food processor until smooth.
5. Remove the stones from the Dates and put Dates in the food
processor with the Goji Berries and blitz again.

PREP TIME 30 minutes
6. Add the Oats to the food processor, along with Vanilla Powder,
Cacao Powder & Rosehip Powder.

7. Whizz until fully blended together and the mixture is nearly smooth. Baking Tray

8. To shape cookies place a strip of cling film onto your worktop, put Food Processor
the mixture on top, then fold over the cling film & roll out until about Cling Film
1cm thick. Choose your cutter shape and cut out.

Recipe by Celery & Cupcakes
Combining the delicious taste of Cashew cookie with a topping of
dark pure Raw Chocolate and Goji berry. This recipe is super
nutritious but also reminiscent of a truly great biscuity treat.
INGREDIENTS
METHOD
2 tbsp Coconut Butter melted
1. Mix the Cashew butter, Coconut Oil, Coconut Flour and Agave Syrup
together in a food processor until a crumbly bread crumb mixture
forms.
1-2 tsp Agave or honey
2. Take the mixture and place into individual Petite Four cases or
moulds, packing it down tightly and leaving 2/3 of the cases/moulds
free.
100g Cacao Butter
2-3 tbsp Coconut Flour
5 tbsp Cashew Butter
3. Bring a saucepan of water to the boil and take off the heat.
100g Cacao Powder
4. Melt the Cacao Butter in a bowl over a saucepan of hot boiling
water, making sure that the water doesn't touch the bottom of the
bowl.
100ml Agave Syrup
5. Once melted, add the Vanilla Powder, Cacao Powder and Agave
Syrup, stirring until the mixture becomes smooth.
6. Spoon the liquid Raw Chocolate over the cashew cookie bases to fill
your Petite Four cases or moulds.
7. Top each chocolate with a Goji Berry for decoration.
8. Leave on the side to set until the Raw Chocolate firms up and
becomes solid.

These spicy, sweet buns are traditionally eaten on Good Friday.
In Elizabethan times it was believed that if baked on Good Friday
they would never go stale - we don't recommend you put that
theory to the test and eat them when warm and fresh!
METHOD
INGREDIENTS
300g of Spelt Flour
200g of Buckwheat Flour
50g of Coconut Sugar
8g of Dried Yeast
1. Gently warm Almond Milk with Lemon and Orange zest in
saucepan.
8g of Himalayan pink salt
2. Gently melt Coconut Oil in a separate saucepan
120ml of Unsweetened Almond
Milk
3. In a mixing bowl put the Flours, Salt, Yeast, Coconut Sugar,
Cinnamon and Nutmeg before adding the Eggs.
50g of Coconut Oil
Zest of 2 Oranges
4. Stir together with wooden spoon or with food mixer, using the
dough hook and on the lowest setting. Pour in Almond Milk with the
zest and the Coconut Oil then gradually add water. Mix until fully
blended together. The mix may look slightly wet.
Zest of 1 un-waxed Lemon
5. Flour the worktop with Buckwheat and tip out the dough. Knead for
a few minutes until the mix becomes smooth & forms a rough ball
shape.

6. Using the Coconut Oil lightly grease a large mixing bowl, place the
dough into the centre and cover with cling film. Leave to rise for at
least an hour (up to 2 would be fine), until it has nearly doubled in
size.
70g of dried Cranberries
7. After the first rise, flour the work-surface and knead all the dried
fruit into the dough. Round the dough into a smooth ball.
4 tbsp Buckwheat flour
8. Return to the bowl, recover and leave to prove for another 1 hour.
9. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
10. Tip the dough out onto a lightly floured surface, knead for
2 minutes and then roll into a long loaf shape. Divide into 12 equal
sized slices. Cut and roll each slice into a ball.
METHOD CONTINUED
120ml of cool water
2 tsp of Cinnamon Powder
½ of freshly ground Nutmeg
80g of Sultanas
FOR THE CROSSES
2 tbsp of cool water
FOR THE GLAZE
4 tbsp Unsweetened Almond

2 tsbp Coconut Palm Sugar

11. Place the dough balls 3cm apart on the baking tray, place in a
clean plastic bag, tie end with elastic band. Alternatively cover with
cling film until they double in size or for at least 1 hour.
12. Heat the oven to 200°C

BAKE TIME 15 minutes
13. To make the crosses, mix the flour & water until it makes a paste.
Using a piping bag with a small nozzle, pipe across the buns.

14. Place buns in the centre of the oven, cook for 15 minutes.

15. Meanwhile make the glaze using 4 tbsp of Almond milk warmed
with 2 tsp of Coconut Sugar.
16. Once the hot cross buns are removed from the oven, lightly brush
with the glaze.
17. Leave to cool slightly on a wire rack, pour a cup of Rooibos tea,
slice hot cross bun in two, lightly toast if you wish and smear with
goats’ butter.

Spicy cinnamon apples with a French twist, galettes are native to
Breton and traditionally made with Buckwheat flour.
This delicious dish is perfect for your Easter breakfast!
METHOD
GALETTE
1. Mix all the ingredients together in the food processor for 2 minutes
until completely combined.
2. Wipe the frying pan with Coconut Oil, put on a high heat, once hot
reduce to medium temperature.
3. Ladle mix into frying pan, spread so evenly covers the base of the
pan.
INGREDIENTS
FOR GALETTE
220g of Buckwheat Flour
2 Eggs
½ tsp of Cinnamon Powder
Pinch of pink Himalayan Salt
550ml of Unsweetened Almond
Milk
FOR CINNAMON APPLES
4. Cook for 2 minutes until small bubbles start to appear on the
surface, then flip and cook for a further 2 minutes.
4 medium Apples, quarter, core
and thinly sliced
5. Repeat the process.

CINNAMON APPLES
1. 4 medium apples, quarter, core and thinly sliced.
1 tbsp Coconut Palm Sugar
2. Gently melt 1 tsp. of Coconut Oil in another frying pan or a heavy
based pan.
3. Add 2 tsp of Coconut Palm Sugar & 1 ts. of Cinnamon Powder. Stir
until the sugar dissolves.
4. Add the apple slices and cook on a medium heat until they are soft,
stir occasionally so they don’t stick together
HEALTH BENEFITS
Coconut Palm Sugar ranks much lower (35) on the Glycemic Index
when compared to Cane Sugar (between 60 and 75), making it a
great alternative.

ALMOND BROWNIE
Recipe by Emma’s Looking Glass
Just what you might need when feeling peckish a few hours after
lunch. Not only are these healthy but also quick and easy to make.
With added nutrients and phytochemicals from Acai and Beetroot,
these brownies bring an extra bounce to your day.
INGREDIENTS
METHOD
1 tsp Acai Powder
1. Pre-heat oven to 170°C (with fan) or gas mark 5.
1 tsp Beetroot Powder
2. Place the Bananas into a food processor and blend the Bananas
into a purée.
1 tbsp Raw Cacao Powder
3. Add the Acai, Beetroot and Cacao Powders; and the Agave Syrup,
Honey and Vanilla.
2 tbsp Agave Syrup
4. Blend.
5. Then add your 100g of Almonds and blend until smooth.
6. Next mix in your Oats and Morello Cherries.
7. When blended down to a smooth mixture pour into shallow lined
tin/baking tray.
8. Cook for 40/50 minutes until the top is firm.
9. Allow to cool for and then cut into slices.
HEALTH BENEFITS
Beetroot Powder is high in Iron and Vitamin C. Vitamin C strongly
enhances the absorption of Iron – Iron is an essential mineral chiefly
responsible for the formation of haemoglobin which is the primary
protein found in red blood cells.
Acai Powder is rich in vitamins A and E – both fat soluble antioxidant
compounds which have the ability to neutralise free radicals in the
body.

75g Morello Cherries
½ Cup of Oats

VEGAN SCONES

A tasty alternative to Hot Cross Buns, why not celebrate Easter
with these beautiful Vegan Scones with a superfruit twist?
A healthy version of a tradtional scone recipe replaces regular
flour with Coconut Flour and the sugar with Coconut Palm Sugar
- delightfully fluffy and delicious!
METHOD
1. Pre-heat oven to 200°C (with fan) or gas mark 7.
2. Mix together the Coconut Flour and Coconut Palm Sugar.
3. Using a Bain Marie, melt the Cacao Butter at 45°C.
4. Add the flour and sugar mix to the butter before adding the Vanilla
Powder.
INGREDIENTS
200g Cacao Butter
150g Coconut Flour
50g Coconut Palm Sugar
3g Vanilla Powder
175ml Soy Milk
50g Carob Powder
Handful of Raisins
Handful of Goji Berries
5. Add Soya Milk to bind and stir until smooth.
Handful of Cacao Nibs
6. Seperate the mixture into three batches.

PREP TIME 15 minutes
BAKE TIME 15 minutes
FLAVOURS
7. Add the Raisins to batch one.
8. Add the Goji Berries to batch two.
9. Add the Carob Powder and Cacao Nibs to batch three.
10. Mould into equally shaped scones.

11. Bake for 15 mintutes untill risen and golden on top.
