Description
An easy and short route following National Cycle Route 7 along off-road shared cycle/walking paths from the
station to Gretna Green. Note, though, that it is necessary to carry your bike down the steps leading from the
station exit to the Route 7 cycle path. If you wish to avoid the steps, you can use the car park exit and cycle
out the station access road, left onto Glasgow Road (B7076) for 100 metres, and join the National Cycle Route

There are two exits on Platform 1. Use the one that is furthest from the ramp over the tracks and nearest to
the shelter. This will lead you to stairs which take you down to the National Cycle Route 7 path.
If you wish to avoid the steps, you can use the car park exit and cycle out the station access road, left onto
Glasgow Road (B7076) for 100 metres, and join the National Cycle Route 7 cycle path at the Gretna Loaning
junction.

left lane and pull up in front of the 10mph sign and grass verge on the left.
Walk bike to covered walkway
