itchen Bar offers a variety of party rooms and settings to host private parties and celebrations throughout the year.
Whether you are looking for a small, intimate affair or a large, themed event, Kitchen Bar can make your dream a
reality. Our experienced planners will assist you in choosing just the right space and menu. We now offer three
distinct spaces to host your event: Our upstairs banquet room provides an intimate, private atmosphere while our
outdoor patio transitions with the seasons and our expansive dining room is perfect for larger celebrations.
All-inclusive meal and packages are available, or let us customize your menu and beverage options.
Kitchen Bar’s catering menus maintain the same freshness of flavors and culinary traditions that you find in its daily
menus. Focusing on world cuisine and unique to the area, Kitchen Bar serves creative specialties simply prepared
using local produce, where possible, for an exceptional globally inspired cuisine complimented by a first-rate wine
and cocktail lists.

At Kitchen Bar we do our best to provide you with exceptional food, spirits, and service.
We do, however, ask that you be aware of the following information. This will help us
give you the best experience possible.
Menus
Please keep in mind that the included menu is only a sampling of the possible selections available. We will be very happy to
discuss with you your special requests. You may choose more than one entrée to offer your guests with a maximum of three
entrée choices. However, if you choose three different entrées, a complete and accurate tally of your guests’ choices is required.
We must receive your menu selections a minimum of 7 days prior to the date of your event. A guaranteed number of guests is
required 48 hours prior to the event date. You will be charged for the number of guaranteed guests or the number of served
guests, whichever is higher. We use only the finest and freshest ingredients available. Our dining room, patio and kitchen are
always open for your inspection.Menus to be confirmed at least two weeks in advance of a booked event. All menus are subject to
6% sales tax and 20% gratuity. Note: menu and item costs are subject to change based on seasonal availability and market costs.
Unlimited Beverage service priced per person, and is limited to the specific level of liquor which is chose. Host will then
preselect wines which are charged by the bottle based on consumption and added to the final bill. Packages will be charged at
the beginning of each hour. All our food creations are available for catering on location.
Payment
Final payment is required at the conclusion of each event. Bills can be paid with cash, credit card, or certified check. Personal
checks are not accepted. Credit Card Authorization forms are required to pay with a credit card which is not physically on at
an event. Speak with your banquet coordinator for more details.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of $200 at reservation is required to secure either space for your exclusive use, and a 50% payment of
the balance is due two weeks before the party. Full payment is due the day of the affair.
Confirmation
Once an event has been scheduled a confirmation letter will be provided, outlining the date, time and private room reserved
for the event, Credit card information will be required to confirm the reservation. Private rooms will be released if the
confirmation letter is not returned to Kitchen Bar by the specified date on this form.
Room Fees
All private rooms are complimentary unless the specified minimum headcount is less than 30 guests. In this case a $300 room
fee will be charged to the final bill. Maximum duration for event is 4 hour. Each additional hour will be billed at $150 per full
or partial hour.
Headcount
Guaranteed headcounts are due two business days prior to scheduled events. The guaranteed number is the number charged
to the final bill unless that number is exceeded. Up to five additional guests above headcount will be charged the per-plate fee
only. For all other additional guests a $20 fee per guest will be applied in addition to the per-plate fee.
Coat Check
Complimentary coat check is available for all events.

Cake Cutting Fee: $1 per person
Available on premises during an event. If there is no parking available in our lot there will be alternate parking located and
the National Penn Bank next door (after 6 p.m.), BP gas station, or across the street at the Abington shopping center.
