Electrical Upgrades, Sod Installation
Project Completion Date
June 26, 2012
Project Specifics
The Village of Lakemoor wanted to provide
more space for summer festivals and events
that are held each year, so they called on
Paschen and ezIQC. Two houses and an old
garage were demolished in the specific area
to make this possible. Paschen imported a
significant amount of fill and graded the site
to provide more park space. A new sewer
line was also run to a location where a new
bathroom building will be located. Electrical
upgrades in the Village’s garage on-site were
also included. The final task order included
laying sod over the entire area when all
construction was completed.

Project Scope
The City of Naperville has all computer network
servers in the Data Center Room. An upgrade to the air conditioning unit in this place was
needed. The existing cooling system was being pulled from the building’s supply. The City
wanted to install a new cooling unit that was designed and designated for a computer
room only. A wall was also built through the middle of the room to divide the space so the
remainder of the room was usable space. Paschen installed a glass door and painted
both rooms.
