ENGINE MANAGEMENT
Product Information
ELECTRICAL
Our remanufactured alternators have all new bearings, bushings, and brushes. Slip rings are replaced
or remachined, and cases are polished, coated or plated with no adapters or pigtails. All Beck/Arnley
alternators are clocked for specific vehicle applications and then 100% tested. This guarantees
OE quality. In addition, we offer new alternators.
We offer mechanical and electrical fuel pumps. Electrical fuel pumps come complete with strainer and
hardware where applicable. We also sell new and remanufactured fuel injectors for the full range of import
applications, including late model vehicles. Beck/Arnley part number consolidation is within OE specified
flow rates to ensure optimum performance. Beck/Arnley oxygen sensors have direct OE connectors, so no
modifications are necessary. Universal style sensors are also available.
When we remanufacture starters, we use new bushings, springs, and rollers. All drives are built
with silicone grease for colder climates. Gaskets, wires, leads, and brushes are replaced with new
components, and armatures and commutators are remachined or replaced as needed. Solenoids are
remanufactured with all new hardware, and contacts are either replaced or refaced. In addition,
we also offer new starters.
Our European import distributor caps meet OE specifications and some include a special cover to provide
additional RF protection. Caps for Japanese vehicles include matching manufacturers’ terminal materials
and color configurations for trouble-free performance.
Our Blue Thunder wire sets are precision engineered for superior performance and long life with a Super
Mag Core (German applications feature copper cores). Our wires are always the right length to prevent
stretching or coiling, and diameters match exactly. OE-style boots protect wires and spark plugs from dirt,
heat and moisture.
ENGINE PARTS & FILTRATION
From housing to harness, Beck/Arnley remanufactured distributors are disassembled, cleaned and
inspected, with all parts repaired or replaced before assembly. They are then calibrated and tested
at both room temperature and engine operating temperature. We also offer new distributors.
BRAKE & CHASSIS
Our calipers are remanufactured with EPDM rubber components to withstand temperature
fluctuations without shrinking and come with all necessary hardware. Our long-life premium
brake pads are post-cured to eliminate break-in. Integrated brake sensors are supplied where
needed. Our Axxis brake pads provide smooth stopping power and maximum performance
with reduced dust, fade, and squeal. They offer a consistent, quiet braking operation. And we
have front and rear hub and wheel bearing assemblies for a variety of import applications.
We provide a perfect fit every time. Exact fit is crucial with engine parts. That’s why Beck/Arnley pistons
with rings are sold only in sets, bearings are also packaged in sets, and oil pumps come with all necessary
gaskets. Our timing chains are exact matches and match hardness specifications, and all timing marks
are indicated to eliminate guesswork. We also offer timing belts with highly saturated nitrile material to
withstand high underhood temperatures.
Beck/Arnley gaskets are sold both as sets and individually with everything you need for a complete repair,
including gaskets that may not be found in OE sets. We also offer oil and air filters from recognized OE
suppliers in Europe and Asia to ensure OE-level protection for import vehicle engines. All our filters are
manufactured with top grade media, and they’re available for the full gamut of import applications,
including late models.
Beck/Arnley also offers a comprehensive line of chassis products, including our new, exact
replacement CV shaft boot kits that allow individual replacement.
CLUTCH & DRIVELINE
COOLING
We have the right water pump for you. We offer a full line of new water pumps for most import
applications. Manufactured for longer life, they come with all necessary gaskets and seals. Our fan
clutches are available for a broad range of import vehicles.
Our clutch sets contain everything you need in one box, eliminating look-up errors for individual
parts. Each component is new and meets OE specifications so you know the job will last. Special
packaging protects all parts, and there are no messy cores to deal with.
When changing a water pump, we recommend replacing the fan clutch to prevent overheating problems.
Approximately 50% of engine problems are a result of cooling system failures that can be avoided with
proper maintenance and replacement of critical components.
Insist on Beck/Arnley rack and pinion assemblies to avoid costly comebacks. Rigorously tested for
quality, these are complete, “long-rack” assemblies with tie rods as required, for quick, easy
installation. With over 200 part numbers, you shouldn’t miss a sale.
You can’t go wrong with our thermostats. All are made with stainless steel construction for long life. They
come complete with large diameter opening and longer stroke for maximum flow and oversize power
element for quick responsiveness.

In most cases, all required reservoirs and caps are included.
