The New Standard in Replacement Torches
The innovative, new SureLok™ torch brings a new level of performance to plasma
cutting. SureLok™ has a patent pending electrode locking system permitting quick, precise
changes of consumable parts with no tools required. This new design provides more efficient
cooling of the torch head and parts, resulting in electrode life that is superior to previous electrode designs.
The new SureLok™ technology is paired with proven Thermal Dynamics® torch designs to produce our most efficient and
low cost torch to date. The SureLok™ torch features the same ergonomic handle and heat resistant leads that make our
PakMaster™ XL Plus torches so durable. The light, compact design results in maximum arc visibility and excellent operator
control for precision plasma cutting.
New SureLok™ Products
The SureLok™ torch is available as a Replacement Plasma Torch in both hand and mechanized configurations. SureLok™ can
be used with a wide range of other manufacturers’ plasma units. Consumable parts are also available to support your cutting
needs from gauge metal to over 1 inch thick material . . . for both cutting and gouging. Parts are rated at 40, 60, 80 and 100
amps to give you the correct parts for outstanding plasma performance across the application spectrum.

Ordering Information
A SureLok Replacement Torch installation requires a torch/leads, a power supply adapter kit, and a torch spare parts kit.
The model of the Plasma Cutting system must be known to determine the adapter kit required. Select the torch configuration and lead
length, select the spare parts, and then select the adapter kit from the Adapter Kit Selection Guide kit to complete the installation.
