The UD-300 features a top, air-suction
feed system and fine tune adjustments
for air paper separation conveniently
located next to the tray.
MAGNETIC CYLINDER DIE
Flexible dies are both more economical
to manufacture and faster to deliver.
The flexible die is wrapped around a
rotary magnetic cylinder and can be
changed over in less than a minute.
OPTIONAL SEPARATOR/
CONVEYOR WITH PHOTOEYE SENSOR
A Separator and Conveyor Unit can be
installed in place of the stacker to remove
the skeleton/waste of each sheet. The
photo-eye sensor ensures finished pieces
are neatly stacked onto the conveyor to
ensure faster productivity.

Job programming and adjustments are all made through the
user-friendly touchscreen panel with individual buttons to
start and stop the operation. Adjustments can be made in
0.1mm increments for both the width and length direction of
the sheet. Once the job is set, the registration guides adjust
automatically. Sheets are loaded into the feeder and paper
guides ensure sheets are centered and fixed in position. The
UD-300 Die Cutter features a top, air suction feed system and
fine tune adjustments for air paper separation conveniently
located next to the tray.

EASY SET UP & QUICK JOB CHANGEOVERS
The UD-300 Die Cutter has been designed to minimize set up
times and reduce make-readies. Job changeovers are quick
and easy. Without any experience required, operators can
easily change over a die in less than a minute. The flexible die is
wrapped around a rotary magnetic cylinder, which holds the die
in complete registration.

FLEXIBLE DIES
Flexible dies are both more economical to manufacture and
faster to deliver compared to steel rule or solid rotary dies.
Ideal for today’s short-run and on demand needs, flexible
dies are custom-made and can be delivered in as soon as a
week, depending on application specifications. Flexible dies
are etched and made of magnetic steel to handle most type
of digital print applications. Thin in size, flexible dies require
minimal space to store.

The UD-300 Die Cutter produces a variety of digital print and
packaging products such as custom-shaped brochures and
direct mailers, stationery, retail packages, labels, and folded
boxes in quantities as low as one. Designed for use with flexible
dies, the UD-300 performs multiple cuts, slits, slit-scores, kiss
cuts, perforations, and window punches for single or multipleup pieces on a wide range of paper stock up to 14” x 20” at 3,000
sheets per hour.
