I. GENERAL INFORMATION
Titisee is the name of the lake and the village. It is a Certified Climatic Health Resort.

The lake is a remainder of the once huge Black Forest glacier from thousands of years ago

Altitude of 850m above sea level; 2 km long; 1km wide wide and about 45m deep

Very clean air with no pollution = allergies relief climate

Outdoor activities such as hiking and walking have a healing impact to lung and bronchial
sicknesses


II. NEW TAX REFUND PROCEDURE
We offer 3 options to grant tax refund to your customers:

Option 1: green tax form for each customer – tax refund in the shop – tour leader will send back all
forms after customs-stamp - 15% tax refund

Option 2: only one green tax form for the whole group in the name of the tour leader – tax refund in
the shop – tour leader will send back the tax form after customs-stamp – 15 % tax refund

Option 3: Tax cheque of Global Blue - tax refund at the airport - 10 – 11% tax refund depending on
amount of fees deducted by Global Blue
To receive the tax refund, the customer must show his passport or a copy of it when buying.
Important:
Name-list with passport number is required for all options.

Boat-trip:
We offer all clients a scenic boat-trip on Lake Titisee in the
summer months from April till October, when the group
comes for lunch, dinner and shopping.
We recommend a minimum stay of 4 hours if you would like lunch, shopping and boat-trip.
