Terms and conditions
1.The winners will be chosen at random on the fifth day of every month,
from June to October 2013.
2.Global Blue will contact all winners with details on how to claim
their vouchers and air tickets.
3.If for any reason Global Blue hasn’t been in touch,
please contact us using the details below.
4.Please note that this prize draw is only applicable to eligible
foreign customers visiting Cyprus.
5. The vouchers and air tickets cannot be exchanged for cash.
6.Winners must claim their Cyprus shopping weekend before
the gift vouchers expire on March 31st 2014.
7.Please note that if the shopping items come to less than the value stated
on the gift voucher, then the store will not be able to give cash change.

An Immediate refund will always be paid in the currency of the country where the refund Point is located. Alternatively, if
a different currency is selected, the current “we buy” rate of a recognized bureau de Change at the same location as where
the refund is presented will be applied for the currency conversion. Global blue reserves the right of choosing the appropriate refund method in exceptional cases at its reasonable discretion. for a Non-Cash refund in a currency different
than the currency in which the Tax free form (“form”) is issued, the current ”we sell” rates of a recognized european retail
bank, plus 3 %, will be applied for the currency conversion. Credit card accounts will always be credited in customer’s
local currency.

subject to the above refund rules, the amount actually refunded is equal to the amount of VAT paid in store less the service fee of Global blue. A refund will not be made in cases where the retailer that has issued the "form" has not complied
with its contractual obligations towards Global blue.
refuNd PerIods
Immediate refund in cash is made upon receipt of a duly filled in and validated “form”. Immediate refund to a credit card
account is made within five (5) days of receipt of a “form”. for “forms” mailed to Global blue, payment is made within three
(3) weeks of receipt of the “form”, to the selected refund method. Processing time for any involved credit card company
or bank is excluded.

Please observe that at some airports in france, uk and switzerland an additional fixed fee per “form” will be charged
should you require an Immediate refund in cash.

The personal data provided by the Customer in this Tax free form (“form”) will be processed by the companies in the Global blue
Group, tax authorities, customs and refund agents and such bank or credit card company designated by the Customer in this “form”,
for the purpose of performing a refund of value added tax (VAT), which includes the use of the personal data to prevent the misuse of
the service of refunding value added tax (VAT). The Customer’s personal data may also be processed by companies in the Global blue
Group for the purpose of marketing of consumer products such as clothing, beauty products, jewellery and other luxury accessories,
by means of ordinary mail, e-mail, sms and telephone. The Customer’s personal data is necessary for the refund of value added tax
(VAT). If the Customer does not provide this data, Global blue is not able to refund the VAT. Providing the data for marketing purposes
is voluntary. Global blue Holdings Ab will be responsible for how the Customer’s data is processed. The personal data will be retained
and/or utilized by the processing entities for the time that is necessary to perform the VAT refund and no longer than three years for
marketing purposes. The Customer is entitled to access his/her personal data to verify its accuracy and completeness as well as the
purposes for which the information is being used and the names of those persons to whom the data has been disclosed. The Customer is also entitled to demand correction or deletion of the personal data or object against any processing for marketing purposes.
