Municipality is 117, which sets Gračanica at the high
14th place among 70 municipalities in FBiH
• Amount of foreign trade stands at 331,7 million KM
• Coverage of import by export is 88%
• Number of staff employed within local authority in
direct proportion with population is 0,20%, one of the
most efficient administrations in FBiH

• 99% of SME’s are privately owned (state capital was
privatized in 2003)
• Average orientation toward export and constantly high
share of low-accumulative economy
• Most important branches:metal processing, textile and
shoemaking industry

• Processing industry constitutes 42% of total municipal
income, 146 legal entities, 3.796 employed generate
251 million KM of income (production and processing
of plastic, wood, furniture, food and drinks, machines
and equipment, paper and cellulose, shoemaking and
leather)
• Trade constitutes 32,5% of total municipal income,
132 merchants, 892 employed generate 192 million
KM of income
• Construction industry constitutes 9% of total
municipal income, 34 legal entities, 360 employed
generate 54 million KM of income

International fair of enterpreneurship and

GRAPOS-EXPO
• Joint project of Gračanica Municipality and Association
of entrepreneurs and independent businessman of
Gračanica
• Fair is organized to promote economic activity of
Gračanica’s SME’s and other actors required for
economic development of the Bosnia and Herzegovina.
• Planed number of presenters is 300 (foreign and
domestic)
• Planed number of visitors 18.000
