CEO Biography
TN Molefe Holdings(Pty) Ltd is a wholly black owned practice. It is 100% owned by Negi Molefe , a young, dynamic and innovative Previously Disadvantaged Individual who is committed to high
standards and promotes professionalism in providing a service to his clients.
Negi Molefe has acquired a Professional status with the Engineering Council of
South Africa (ECSA) and therefore practices as a Professional Engineering Technologist
(PR No. 200070003).
H
e is well experienced and having started his career in February 1988 as a student until he qualified in 1990 with the then Van Wyk & Louw (Now Aurecon). Whilst
still being employed by Aurecon, Negi’s skills and knowledge were quickly recognized by the
company and was entrusted by the company to oversee and design various
Civil Engineering projects.
In May 1995, the talented Negi’s skills caught the eyes of Victoria & Alfred Waterfront Company, who offered him a position of
Quality Controller for Engineering and Building Projects.
Within 1 year, he was promoted to a position of Project Manager and he went on to become a Senior Project Manager in the last 2 years of
his career at the Waterfront. He left the Waterfront Company in April 2000 to start a Property Development and Project Management Company
with 3 other people. This is where he was involved in the management of large-scale projects for various clients and also initiated a number of
Property Development and Project Management Projects for the company. He left the company in April 2003 to start TN Molefe brand.
The management and technical experience gained puts Negi Molefe in an advantageous position to undertake any project irrespective of its size and
scale.
Under his leadership TN Molefe Holdings (Pty) Ltd has embarked on numerous multi-million Rand projects and has succeeded beyond expectations.
