Center was founded in 1966 by Waterbury native
James E. Cleary, Jr. The 94-bed healthcare facility is
located at 1132 Meriden Road in Waterbury, CT.
Meridian Manor is conveniently located minutes
from 1-84 and is directly on the local bus line.
Meridian Manor accepts Medicare, Medicaid and
private insurance.
Meridian Manor has an in-house,
highly-trained professional staff of MDs, APRNs,
RNs, LPNs, CNAs, PTs, OTs, a Certified Speech
Therapist and a Social Worker to assist with
admissions, discharge planning and the
