Welcome to the Stewart’s Melville RFC 2015 Autumn Ball. As most of you know,
the purpose of our Autumn Ball is to raise much needed funds for the Club.

We are eternally grateful to those who have been so generous with their donation
of prizes and auction items and to those who have purchased tickets to attend the
dinner.
In addition to a delicious 3 course meal, and live band, we are delighted to be
joined this year by Boogie from Forth One who will be hosting our event.
The format of the evening is a drinks reception at 7pm until 7.30pm when you will
be able to browse all of the excellent prizes up for grabs. At 7.30-7.45pm our
guests will be welcomed through for dinner. The main fundraising activities
include a Prize Draw, a Silent Auction and a Main Auction. The Prize
Draw will take place during tea and coffee with tickets £10 per person. Every
table will win a prize.
The Main Auction will take place at the end of the meal - before the dancing
starts!
The silent auction will run throughout the night - with the winning bids will be
noted at midnight - so it’s important to keep an eye on what is going on!
Not attending the ball? You can still get your hands on some of the great
auction prizes available.

the item you are interest in and your maximum bid. We will let you know if you
are successful!
