Bienvenue au DERNIER HEBDOMADAIRE MICHE DE L’ANNÉE ! Nos publications normales reprendront à partir du 8
janvier 2013. Nous espérons que vous les avez bien appréciées autant que nous et nous avons très hâte de travailler avec vous
dans la nouvelle année !
Nous démarrerons notre nouvelle politique de garantie de 90 jours à partir du 1er janvier 2013 et le suivi des items se fera à
partir de la date de la Démo inscrite sur la facture. Dès janvier, nous vous demandons de bien vouloir jeter vos anciennes factures
et n'oubliez pas de noter la nouvelle politique de garantie de 90 jours.
Notre sac à la hanche Jayla a été ajouté aux documents de lancement de décembre, disponible en français et en anglais, à la toute
fin de la “ connexion des membres ”.
Nous avons effectué une mise à jour du dessin de notre chèque-cadeau en anglais et en français ; pour plus d'informations,
contactez votre gestionnaire de comptes.
S'il vous plaît, bien vouloir noter que le système en ligne HomeParty Rep devrait maintenant être utilisé pour toutes vos
commandes, qu’elles soient petites ou importantes. Cela permet la précision des paiements de commissions aux Représentantes
et sans retard.
Le premier cadeau que nous vous offrons pour la nouvelle année est la renonciation des frais de 25,00 $ par année pour le site
HomeParty Rep. Profitez de ce merveilleux outil de travail et continuez à développer votre site Web personnel.
Sur la base des commentaires et suggestions, nous sommes heureux de vous annoncer deux nouvelles fonctionnalités du
système HPR:
• Ajout automatique de l'escompte sur "Add a Shell Offers"
• Les clientes peuvent maintenant s'ajouter aux démos.
Ajout automatique de l'escompte sur "Add a Shell Offers":
Les représentantes et leurs clientes auront une réduction au niveau du panier (cart) pour les coquilles additionnelles ajoutées
en plus d'un kit. La remise fonctionnera de la même manière que 3 ou 2 regroupements de coquilles avec un bouton au
niveau du stage panier (cart). Comme il s'agit maintenant automatique, les codes ADDASHELL5 et ADDASHELL10 de
réduction sont redondants et seront amortis.
Les clientes peuvent maintenant s'ajouter aux démos.
Quand une cliente se connecte à son compte et clique sur le lien "Mon Compte" en haut de la page, elles auront un menu
déroulant avec toutes les démos courantes par date et lieu.La cliente peut maintenant sélectionner l'une de ces démos, et
cliquez sur le "Join Party" pour être ajouté à la démo. Les commandes peuvent être placées dans la même manière que si la
cliente avait été ajoutée par leur HPR.

Le Siège Social Miche Canada sera fermé du 21 décembre 2012 à midi et rouvrira avec un personnel réduit, le 31
décembre 2012. Le bureau sera aussi fermé du 1er janvier 2013 et reprendra ses heures normales le 2 janvier 2013.

Just a quick story about what happened to me last weekend. It goes to show that a Miche Rep should always be 'open to
opportunities'. I was attending an extended family Christmas dinner. After the family dinner (about 35-40 people) we were sitting
around and socializing when my one Aunt (who is a big Miche lover) mentioned my new business venture. Interest was shown and
my one cousin learned that her husband had deleted her 'miche party invite' for a party that one of her friends had hosted (with
me as the Rep). Her husband's reasoning was...'He didn't need a purse'. Needless to say, my cousin has now set up her own e-mail
address to avoid this happening again.
So...my Aunt knew I had done a show earlier that day and asked if I still had my stock in my car. I did so, with a bit of
encouragement, I brought it in and a 'mini Miche party' broke out!!! Results, interest from my other cousin's girlfriend for a party
in the New Year, a purchase from my other cousin for his daughter and...the original cousin who missed the earlier party is going to
attend one at the end of January that is being given by me through another one of her friends!
I just love the opportunities this brings to socialize AND expand my business. What a great product. When I get e-mails about new
Shells, I can hardly wait to open them!!

I received a referral and the contact name was a man, so I figured that it was someone wanting to buy a Christmas gift. I ended up
having the most pleasant conversation with a 72 year old man who wanted to buy his wife "the purse that she saw at Costco". His
wife wished that she could remember the name of the purse she saw. He went to Costco but was two days late, and was told that it
was a Miche display. He did some research on the internet and tried to order online but his order was rejected due to the fact that
he was using a Visa debit card. He sent in a request to speak to a Rep, simply to ask why his Visa debit card wouldn't work. Lucky
me, I got that referral and assisted in picking out a Classic and 3 Shells, he wanted sophisticated Shells; Black Ellie, Claire, and
Connie were our final choices, (because his wife was very sophisticated). After making a final decision on what he wanted, he still
was faced with the problem of not knowing how he was going to pay for it as he didn't have a regular credit card. Not a problem,
(throwing caution to the wind) I asked if we could meet when the order was in and he could pay me then. He was ecstatic with this
proposition and was very thankful. We chatted a little longer but not to long (as he kept reminding me) because his wife was due
back and he didn't want to chance his wife finding out that he bought her a Miche Bag as a Christmas gift! This is why I love my job
with Miche Canada! I would love to be a fly on the wall in their household on Christmas morning.

MY YOUNGEST CUSTOMER AND
HER WISH FOR CHRISTMAS

This is 10 year old Larissa Costello of Avondale, NL
and she is my youngest customer. Larissa got inspired
by Miche products watching her Mother changing the
shells on her Miche Bag almost on a daily basis.
Larissa liked the Miche shells so much that she would
go online and pick out shells for her Mother. Then
one day it happened.......while checking out
the Miche shells online Larissa caught sight of the
Miche Petite Bag. She loved it and immediately
decided to save her money to purchase this bag for
herself.
This is exactly what she did and when she had enough
money saved her Mother took her to see my
showroom so she could order her purse. Well, when
that little girl seen all the different petite shells it was
just priceless to see the expression on her face. She picked out her shells, ordered her
purse, took out her little wallet and counted out her saved money without her Mother’s
help. This is why I call her a customer and a valued one at that.
Larissa proudly wears her Miche Petite Bag and loves changing her shells. This is Larissa’s
Christmas wish:
Dear Santa Claus: My name is Larissa and I am 10 years old. I
would like for you to look after all the not so fortunate boys and
girls first and then when you come to my house I would like
some shells for my Miche purse. I will leave my purse on the
table with your lunch so you will know the correct size. Thank
you, Love Larissa.
So this proves that Miche is loved by all ages including the very young.

Twas the night before Christmas, when all through Miche Canada
No account manager was stirring , not even a picker
The Miche organizers were hung in the warehouse with care
In hopes that January releases would soon be there
Miche Reps were nestled all snug in their homes,
While visions of new Demi’s danced in their heads.
Stephen and Linda had retired to their beds
Mr. Chris was locking the warehouse,
as Brenda just grabbed the last hipster and signed off for the night
When out in the warehouse there arose such a clatter
I sprang from my desk to see what was the matter.
Away to the warehouse I flew like a flash,
Tore open the overhead doors and threw out the ramp
The moon light shone bright on the scene and it
Gave lustre to the objects in the parking lot at Miche
When, what to my wondering eyes should appear,
But a transport truck and a gaggle of Miche Home Party Reps,
With a middle-aged lady , so lively and quick,
I knew in a moment it must be Mrs. Westwell
She backed the 53 footer up to the dock with care and magically the truck appeared
Linda whistled and shouted and called all the Reps by name - there is Joy and Karen, Maureen and Flo,
Angie and Kim, Cynthia and Denise, Greta-Lynn and Courtney, Josee and Judith, Magalie and MarieGen, Tammy and Kathy R, Beth and Shirley, the Sandy(i)s and Michelle, Ester and Barb, Kimberley,
Bonnie and Jill, Ashlee and Julie, Erika-Lynn and Bea, Christine and Marlene G, Maureen J and Jackie H,
not to mention Lynn
Linda was dressed in black with a matching Petite, a box of new Shells she had flung on her back - Her
eyes were a twinkling as she knew she had the January releases - she couldn't wait until the New Year.
Okay everyone she shouted - lets unload this truck. We need help - call the Am's -Kathy, Moira, Elaine,
Fay and Sharon. Not enough yet - call Janie, call Christine, call Joanne and Lisa, Call Nick the IT guy
maybe he can design a program, call the pickers Sue and Wayne. Wait we need Jeannine to count the
boxes. Still not yet, so let’s call double S - Steve and Sean- let's get er done so we can rest and be Merry!
Stephen, Mr Chris and Brenda - we need you all!
We spoke not a word but went straight to work, unloaded each Miche with absolute delight - Welcome
to the Miche warehouse to Rochelle, Kaitlyn and Kate. Hope Dove in three sizes and some other stuff
that was late. We filled all of the orders and loaded the truck. Linda gave a nod and off she drove as the
truck went skyward. Merry Christmas to all and ABSOLUTELY a good night.
Wait the story isn't over yet! We were still in awe of the middle aged lady, so we sat around telling
stories and drinking nog till dawn. We bet the middle aged lady finished her deliveries across Canada and
we want to wish all of you a Merry Miche Christmas and a Prosperous New Year.

Chaque mois je me fixe des objectifs de temps et d argent pour mon travail
avec Miche bag. Pour les mois de Novembre et Décembre mon objectif
était de payer tous mes cadeaux de Noel. Alors je me suis fais comme
plan d action de faire une petite démonstration de ma sacoche partout
ou j irais dans ces deux mois la. Exemple: Je suis allé acheter un gateau
de fete a mon fils le 8 Décembre et apres avoir discuté avec la dame de
mon choix je lui ai dis madame puis-je prendre 1 minute de votre temps
pour vous expliquer mon travail a moi....La dame me regarde un instant,
hésite et intrigué elle me répond d accord. Comme vous le devinez bien
je lui fais une démonstration de la classique et elle est époustoufflé. Je lui
remet mes pamphlets, ma carte d affaire et devinez quoi elle me rappelle et non seulement elle achete une sacoche mais elle fait une
démonstration. Je fais cela partout ou je vais: Quand je gaz l auto, a l épicerie, a l école, a mon cours de danse, dans les boutiques, au
dépanneur etc..... Pour ce qui est du temps investi j ai avisé mes enfants et mon conjoint de mon objectif de payer tous les cadeaux de
Noel et tous étaient vraiment exités. Voici un des mes multiples petits trucs. Je vous souhaite a tous la meme chance que moi. Joyeuses
Fetes.

Hope Program
During this time of year we often think of those less fortunate and those in need. Some of you may have heard our Hope story
and how we began working with the Childhood Cancer Foundation, we thought we would take a moment to share the story with
everyone as it is truly an amazing one.
In 2009, Miche Canada was searching for a charity to raise money and awareness for the month of February. The task proved to
be a lot harder than expected, after all, how can you say one illness or body part is more important than the next, you simply
can’t. We came across the Childhood Cancer Canada Foundation. We felt the best way to help a woman is to help her child,
as there is nothing more important to a woman. CCCF raises money for cancer research, family support and post-secondary
educational scholarships. We were pleased to support their efforts. However, in life you often don’t know if you are making the
right decisions or if the decisions you do make have any real impact on others. With the Childhood Cancer Canada Foundation
we have no communication with the children involved...we simply trusted that we were doing the “right” thing. However, every
once in a while in life, we do get a sign that maybe our lives and actions do have meaning. We received the following letter from a
little girl that showed us what Hope really means...
“My name is Sarah Henry: I was born in Timmins, Ontario. I’m 17 years old and in grade 12. When I was 2 years old I was diagnosed with
cancer: a brain tumour.The tumour affected my left side, my hearing, and my right eye. I have a hard time remembering things so it takes longer
for me to learn. I wear a brace on my left leg and bilateral hearing aids. I have to wear glasses and take eye drops because my right eye can’t close
tightly.
I was operated on to remove the tumour but they were unable to. On Christmas Eve, I got a virus called meningitis which gave me a very high fever.
I was lucky, the fever went away Christmas day and I was able to start my recovery. I had to go through chemotherapy and lost all my hair. I was
very sick. After chemotherapy I went through radiation. Because I was only 3, they make a clear plastic mask of my face to put over my face and
bolt it to the table so I wouldn’t move during radiation. It was scary because my mom couldn’t hold my hand. I could hear her talk to me from
the next room. I was away from home and quarantined a lot and I missed my family. I was given blood to help with my recovery. Once there was a
snow storm and my platelets were very low. The hospital didn’t have any blood so they had to call the nearest town. The highway was closed and a
very brave Police officer brought the platelets. They arrived just in time. The officer saved my life.
My goals are to graduate from college: get a job; live on my own, and have a family. To achieve these goals, I must study hard and get good grades.
I need to be positive, learn how to pay bills, and how to save money. The job I would like to do when I’m done college is a librarian. To become
a librarian, I must learn how to scan books, how to store books, etc. I am presently in a co-op placement working in the library. I am enjoying it
very much.....
I am applying for this scholarship to help pay for college. My medication was not all covered by insurance and plane tickets are expensive. I

When your child has cancer you are not thinking about when they grow up...you are thinking if. Often, you are not saving for
their education you are paying for their immediate needs. Sarah’s story is moving and inspirational. We realize what a strong girl
Sarah is and how weak we all sometimes are...our problems are often trivial. Every once in a while the universe gives you a sign
you are on the right path...

Hearing from a child with cancer gave us a personal connection to the cause, but the most amazing part of this story is
that Sarah is our Account Manager Fay’s daughter. Fay had not heard of Miche when she applied for the job with us...
Sarah had not heard of Miche when she applied for the scholarship. We have no connection to the recipients yet of only
118 scholarships that were handed out in Canada...one was to a child, who through her mom could tell us that HOPE has
meaning and that it is not just this year’s cause but that we had made the right choice...We are proud to offer and hope you
will join us in our continuing support of the Childhood Cancer Canada Foundation in 2013 .
