Perfect Attendance
Congratulations to the 68 students who had Perfect
Attendance for the month of March.
Wrestling News
Congratulations to the GDCS wrestlers who participated in the
Provincial Tournament on April 9th in Weyburn. We
received 6 Gold, 4 Silver and 2 Bronze medals. Way to go
Grizzlies! A special ‘Thank-You’ goes out to Mrs. Cossette, Mr.
White, Mr. Smith, and Mr. Chan for coaching this season.
A big thank you goes to Elaine Klassen and
everyone at Drifts and Waves for their donation
of 8 new snowmobile suits for our students.
These lucky kids were drawn from the group of
students that caught fish during their Fish4Life
class trip.

newsletter. The PD Day will be on Friday
April 29th.

CHANGES: The GDCS Cash Bingo has been
postponed until May. Stay tuned for

Register Now for PreK & Kindergarten
Pre-Cam Community School
&
Gordon Denny Community School
Children who were born in 2011 (or are age 5, on or
before Jan 15) can register now for kindergarten classes
to begin this fall. Children who were born in 2009 or
2010 (3 or 4 year olds-3 year olds must be 3 by
September 1st) can register for Pre K. Please pick up
registration packages at the schools.
PLEASE REGISTER BY April 30, 2016
Registration areas are according to where you live.
If you are unsure of which school you are to be
registering at or have further questions you may contact

Over the past 9 years, the La Ronge and Area
KidSport chapter has contributed over
$82, 640 to local kids and sporting programs so
that all kids can play. It is estimated that we've
been able to help over 1300 local kids benefit
from participating in sports.
YOU can help too!
The La Ronge and Area KidSport chapter is
hosting its 9th annual Basketball 3 vs. 3
Basketball Tournament to support our local
children. To participate, please
