The Cerritos Center for the Performing Arts
(CCPA) is situated in the Cerritos Towne
Center, a bustling development of office, hotel,
retail, and entertainment facilities. The CCPA is
located directly off the 91 Freeway, 30 minutes
southeast of downtown Los Angeles, 20 minutes
east of downtown Long Beach, and 15 minutes
west of Anaheim. Parking, directly adjacent to
the venue, is always free.

UPGRADES
All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds on tickets unless a performance is
canceled and not replaced. Refunds are made only to the original purchaser. All
performers, programs, and seating configurations are subject to change without
prior notice. No refunds will be offered on previously purchased tickets if a
promotional price is offered at a later date.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are only available on Series Subscriptions and Choose Your Own
Season packages. Tickets must be returned no later than 24 hours prior to the
performance. You may select a new event within the current season or receive a
gift certificate. There is a $6-per-ticket service charge for exchanges. In order to
process the exchange, we need to have the tickets in hand. All exchanges must be
done by the original purchaser.
TAX-DEDUCTIBLE TICKET DONATIONS
If you are unable to attend a performance, your tickets may be donated to the
Cerritos Center for the Performing Arts (CCPA) as a tax-deductible contribution.
Tickets must be returned to the Ticket Office two hours in advance of the
performance, enabling the CCPA to make your seats available for resale. Taxdeductible contribution acknowledgments will go to the original purchaser.
To improve your seat location for a performance, you may bring your current tickets to
the Ticket Office to be held for upgrade. At the time of your upgrade request, we will
ask for a credit card number, which automatically will be charged the difference in ticket
price and a $6-per-ticket service charge if an upgrade becomes available.
TICKETS FOR CHILDREN
Regardless of age, everyone must have a ticket and sit in a seat. Many CCPA
performances are not recommended for children under age 5. Please call the CCPA
Ticket Office for information about appropriate shows for younger audiences.
GROUP SALES
For a discount on ticket prices for groups of 20 or more, please call the Ticket
Office at 800-300-4345. This discount is not applicable for Family Pack pricing or on
Performance Partner Programs, and may be limited for shows in the Broadway Series.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
