UPGRADES
All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds on tickets unless a performance is
canceled and not replaced. Refunds are made only to the original purchaser. All
performers, programs, and seating configurations are subject to change without
prior notice. No refunds will be offered on previously purchased tickets if a
promotional price is offered at a later date.
TAX-DEDUCTIBLE TICKET DONATIONS
If you are unable to attend a performance, your tickets may be donated to the
Cerritos Center for the Performing Arts (CCPA) as a tax-deductible contribution.
Tickets must be returned to the Ticket Office two hours in advance of the
performance, enabling the CCPA to make your seats available for resale. Taxdeductible contribution acknowledgments will go to the original purchaser.
ONLINE TICKET BROKERS AND TICKET RESALE SERVICES
The CCPA reserves the right to revoke all advance purchase, refund, and
exchange privileges extended to a ticket’s original purchaser if those tickets are
placed with online ticket brokers or other ticket sales services at prices that
exceed the ticket’s face value.
LOST TICKETS
There is a $6-per-ticket service charge for replacing lost tickets.
To improve your seat location for a performance, you may bring your current tickets to
the Ticket Office to be held for upgrade. At the time of your upgrade request, we will
ask for a credit card number, which automatically will be charged the difference in ticket
price and a $6-per-ticket service charge if an upgrade becomes available.
TICKETS FOR CHILDREN
Regardless of age, everyone must have a ticket and sit in a seat. Many CCPA
performances are not recommended for children ages 5 and under. Please call the
CCPA Ticket Office for information about appropriate shows for younger audiences.
