Authentic American cooking is what we are all about! Our aim at Hickory’s
is to bring a taste of the US barbecue belt to the UK using the American
Smokers we imported from Memphis, Tennessee. We smoke over smouldering
hickory wood for up to 16 hours creating tender, flavoursome meat.
